'Desi Boyz' trailer to release with 'Mausam'
IANS | Sep 15, 2011, 05.04PM ISTThe official trailer of Rohit Dhawan's directorial debut "Desi Boyz" will be unveiled with Shahid Kapoor's " mausam", which hits theatres Sep 23.
"For all those asking, the first trailer of 'Desi Boyz' is now postponed to Sep 23 along with 'Mausam'. Rocco & Hunter are on their way," Akshay Kumar, who plays one of the lead roles in the film, posted on Twitter. "Desi Boyz", set for a Nov 25 release, also stars John Abraham, Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh. Akshay will be seen as Rocco, while John will play Hunter in the movie.
Although 'Mausam' is making much noise for its postponed release, its arrival will be keenly waited upon. For the Shahid Kapoor-Sonam Kapoor starrer is not coming alone... It will be bringing along the two handsome, dashing 'Boyz' as well...
Buzz is that the much-anticipated first look of 'Desi Boyz' starring Akshay Kumar and John Abraham will be showcased on same day when 'Mausam' releases. Quoted Akki on his social networking site: "For all those asking, the first trailer of Desi Boyz is now postponed to 23rd Sept along with Mausam. Rocco & Hunter are on their way." Here the Khiladi Kumar is referring to the characters he and John plays in the movie - While Akki is Rocco, John is Hunter.
Directed by David Dhawan, 'Desi Boyz' has Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh as female lead. The movie is slated to release on 25th November 2011.
