How about a NAYA SOCH?

The serials name is NAVYA - so let's think of empowering the female gender (Navya) here, and a more intellectual and constructive planning that will actually lead to their future success (The present generation Indian women are intelligent and talented. They are capable of doing many positive things for the family, society and nation. Also modern men wants their better half to be as competent and versatile like themselves), keeping a balance between their traditional upbringing and modern thoughts-

Navya and Anant may wish to plan in building a progressive and constructive future keeping their promise - that they will always remain togather in heart and soul, and once they complete their studies, they will plan their marriage (it is too early to get married now, and for Navya to start the same old adjusting family life like other serials) : the story may proceed like this -

Navya winning a scholarship (computer software engineer)to complete her bachelor's degree in Delhi, Bangalore or abroad (distance makes one's heart grow fonder) and Anant completing his bachelor's degree in law or performing arts in Mumbai , at the same time they could also plan to do some part time jobs, participate in some competitions (performing arts, computer softward programs) and win the competition and become famous in India etc... once they are more matured and both of them prove to their family - the results of modern progressive thinking and show their success story of their hard work/ dedication towards each other (behind every successful man there is a woman and the vice-versa) - then the marriage between the two should take place.

I think a well thought modern progressive planning by Navya and Anant which reflects the modern India of today would make this serial stand out than the typical serials which end up into Saas Bahu relationship only. Members please includer your innovative thoughts...

hi dear...sorry didnt get ur name...u have posted some great thoughts out here...me too was thinking along these lines...bcoz its the story of 2 19yrs old whio have a lot to do before they get settled in marriage...me too was thinking that as navya is supposed to be a comp champ, she wud get placed in a good company which wud send her far away from mumbai for a while, meawhile in case her dad decided to get her married to someone suitable, she wud stand firm n say 'its ananth n no one else for me' n they wud never be able to change that mind of hers...likewise, ananth too decides to pursue something other than his family business (which wud free him a bit from the looney clan) n the two are v much in touch, after all, they have been pros with communicating thru the webcam...n they meet for ananths 21st bday...n by then the families too mellow down n we get some tension-free anya moments, esp navya free to meet ananth without having to lie to anyone...n they set up a small home ...oh gosh...im dreaming far too much isnt it? ive forgotten that there r eyesores like rama n trps that cud do everything possible to ruin it all...anyways, i really am expecting the cvs not to show navya as the typical bahurani who silently bears all the insults n atrocities by rama n looney clan like every other ideal bahu!!

hey uve made such a nice post dear...a track like this will certainly prove to be different form other serials but do u really think that this will work out in anant and navyas family?speccially anants where they are not looking forward to a modern and well educated bahu but a typical housewife...what do u think?

Now that both the families are aware of Anya's relations and their commitments - Navya and Anant can be free of stress and focus on : building their career keeping in mind of their family respect, and their commitment towards each other. If we look around us, there are many such living examples happening in India and are success stories.

- Early marriage should not be encouraged.

- Will Anant's family accept the educated Navya?

YES, if the Navy of today is a versatile person, and keeps a perfect balance between the tradition and the modern.

- Will Navya's family accept her decision?

Navya's parents are already not happy with Renuka's early marriage. Navya is a special child to her parents and her Dadi. The reason for this speciality is due to Navya's unique qualities - like always giving, determined, responsible, courageous and many more. Once Navya announces her plan and begins to show her seriousness - I am confident that her parents will admire and accept her decisions.

- Question of TRP's?

I think the producer should take a bold step towards this real 'Naya Soch' - and I am optimistic that the viewers will appreciate it. But the CVs must be well organised and well researched. SGP is a new styled serial, which is appreciated by all, and the secret to its success is a well script and well directed story.

Ofcourse, all of the above may not be simply a piece of cake for Navya and Anant - but it will be their TRUE LOVE which will lead them to the path of success. This TRUE LOVE and their traditional UPBRINGING should be their guiding factors for a perfect balance.
