I know i am also confused. but i think she is doing it for krishna. she knows krishna well and she knows now he is in immense anger and he will do anything at this time. so she has to be calm. if she also is in anger or against he will handle it very rough and she don;t want anything against krishna. so i think she is remaining composed for krishna;s sake otherwise he will loose it.

see one calls strangers as aap...prats has not accepted ganga as her mother in law n will never will...she agreed to cook food coz its her home n she will cook food for her family...

she is not respecting her sasur's decision...she has always n is opposing the marriage...she has no relation with ganga n thus is addressing her as "aap" as ganga is a stranger for her
