Hi Jzeee 🤗🤗..and before I start my bak bak..here is telling you...Read your thread...excellent as usual...but I cannot come there..you know it will be too difficult for me to get there when I am doing this thread..am not able to see the two Gulaals...I need the time to get there..you know the same happened in LTL also...the show detoriarated and they started a Vintage thread and I was the official updater (still am for a day) and I just could not participate in the old thread...somehow the current and the old did not mix...So cannot comment on your excellent thread ..sooo soorry...me will miss that

Okay so jumping to my favorite scene of the episode, the butter making scene. A light scene with some subtle insinuations. @ Gullu's hyper version - can you really blame Talli was being off her knockers when she was 'groomed' by Gulel?! 😆 Like watch this woman! Sharam, sharafat sab bech rakhi hai! 😆 I think Yogesh gets unnecessary blame for not being the protective brother - cause seriously, is there any stopping this girl?! Jab khud hatta katta Vasant gets 'dragged' around by her like a rag doll, what can Yogi do?! 😆 Her jealous undertones at Vasant asking of 'another girl' and the consequent springs back to element form at hearing the name Nirja - uff, this girl is so much toofan! Makes me think of Kesar right left center - wo to bichara bas badnaam hai! 😆Kesar is Gulaal ...and Gulaal...she is got so painted and framed in this one vision of Vasant!! I swear the transition is amazing...We saw Gulaal as high up there but then she got branded by this man who was high high high up there...No doubt she had to gather all her 'Jalwas' and rise on her toes to reach there... The reason I shall always deem Kesar as Gulaal's 'right' match, is not my being a phankaa, but the fact that Vasant is this demi godly perfection, who's too ideal to bring out Gulaal in all her character. They can never be equals, and its obvious from the word go. What Vasant and Gulaal have, is some strange parallel of what chota Kesu and Gulaal have. Except, Gulaal is not 'technically speaking' a child. But really, their love even in being equal and so strong is unequal exactly like it is for chota Kesar vs Gulaal. The Gulaal we saw a decade after Vasant's death would have never surfaced but for her dire circumstances - so really, with Vasant around to look out for her, she would always have been the child. The grown up nurtured by time and mature Gulaal manages to show far more flaw and restriction of character than the near perfection of Vasant ever does or will or did! And that is why, Gulaal could never have been Vasant. She could strive all she wanted - and did as we know - to become that ideal singular pillar of the house, but she is too human for it, has her share of cracks, and needs to find her compliment (in Kesar) to become the perfect support system! Kesar and Gulaal have their greatest common in being imperfect, striving to improve for those they love most, and the odyssey of improving being lifelong. Vasant may never have managed to show Gulaal her 'imperfection' in extreme selflessness, as Kesar did. Because to him, that would have been right - and funnily enough, coming from him, it is right. It's just not right coming from Gulaal - she was never meant to be the woman who accomplished the happiness of others by being lifeless herself - she was bound to be this color and happiness in the life of others by being 'herself'.

Hahah..True As Lennie said...Vasant and Gulaal looked Good together but Kesar and Gulaal were good FOR each other..I think that would be the best sentence to define both the relations...

Anyway - all my talks end in Kesar alaap 😆 Loved the butter scene, and then of course the final one. She was playing with fire there - as was literally symbolized by the flaring up of the hawan flame - and I can only imagine what Vasant's reaction will be like. Excellent point you make about how Vasant could have let go of Gulaal - dushman ghar ki ladki he liked, but not Nirja - dushman ghar ki ladki who was now his sole hope to save his people. Vasant is like Talsagra's Moses - you have to honor and look up to him... but I can't imagine wearing my heart on the sleeve for someone like his person... because the entire wear your heart on the sleeve idea is reckless in a selfish way - and that is an emotion which can exist only mutually - as it does and did between GK ... I'm glad Kesar was more human! Gulaal had to fall for him...She had to have a higher up man to pull her out of those childish ways and channel her forte for a larger good..she had so much of potential..Leadership, innovativeness, courage, strength, beauty, honesty, stubbornness and that commitment...She would have been wasted if she would not have a man to channelize this..but ofcourse after that the destiny took a different turn..which is our favourite part😆

Every time Kesu or Gulaal turn around or look sideways to talk to Talli we won't see anybody there...we can pretend that Gullu and Kesu had an imaginary friend!!!!!!!😆

PS: I can see the little splashes Talli was making😆 but who cares because as of now Kesu saved Gullu all by himself!! 😉
