Yes, it could be so. He and DDjee are in different roads. Their definition of dharm is different too. Acc. to Dev, a righteous leader like RP cannot be a good leader until he doesn't brace the truth in all forms. Being guilty inside, people cannot rule a society. What is the use of being a leader, who was a cheater from inside? If ever people come to know about his truth, they would be enraged and can divest him from his rights and push him down badly! Won't the temple be closed in that case? Yes, it would be.
Also I was wondering wasn't the RP family indirectly responsible for that temple to be shut all these years? Rads said that only RP's conducted puja in that temple. DDjee and Hari committed a huge sin...they weren't fit to be RP's anymore after committing such sins...and as a punishment from God, the temple was shut (indirectly, it was done thru BB's hands)! Inturn the society suffered because when the temple was shut, the village underwent huge losses. So the mistake of RP had to be born by the entire village. Doesn't this say a lot? Well, its just my mind. In real world things don't happen so, i guess. I mean, just because RP was culprit, the entire village need not suffer.
But I must say, today's episode let me pondering very hard as to what is going inside Dev's mind!!? He didn't speak at all. He was confused by both the situations. That made me even more puzzled...! I just wanted to go inside his head and see as to what was going on! phew!
