Was there any need for the script to prove Gaurav's love is above doctor's treatment and them trying to save Vidya. Why is that Indian scripts are so cynical and far from the reality. Simply doctors could have saved Vidya's life by ejecting the stupid bullet from her chest. I didn't really like the concept of bringing dead people back to life.

It doesn't mean that I am not happy for vidya being alive. However, it could have been simple.

They make doctors act like fools! Even during the Rishab's death track the hospital emergency props and acting was ridiculous!

I agree, this part was kinda lame. I mean they should have showed some reality. And I guess vidya got the bullet almost near her arm, so when a person get's a bullet on his/her arm they don't die. They could have showed something more sensible.

Its the tried and tested suspense formula. It would have been more believable had there there not been several minutes of gap between Vidya's character flat lining and then coming back to life. Such is the ways of the telly world I guess. The only purpose served by this drama is to make Gaurav's character feel more guilt for what he has done to Vidya. The writers can take that forward in any number of ways from his acceding to giving the family a child to promising to continue to lead a fake heterosexual life etc etc.
