GEC Ratings: Colors and Sony fight it out for Number 2 spot; Sony wins again

Star Plus remains clear leader in Hindi GEC space

In Week 36, Star Plus maintained its status as the leader with 300 GRPs, up one rating point from 299 last week.

Sony continued to be the first runner up with 258 GRPs (up from 242 last week).

Narrowing the gap, Colors was at number three with 249 GRPs (up from 228 last week).

Zee TV garnered 198 GRPs (180 last week), Sab was 117 (128 last week), Imagine was at 72 (a slip from 75 last week) and Star One was at 35 (from 33 last week). Sahara One too was at 35 (31 last week).

gud i think zee has gain 18 GRPs if am not mistaken well i think zat due to our sweet CB zats doing great work

Ratings indicate what people like to see... ddji's insistence on barkha to be cb and compellng dev to marry her has brought down the ratings... jst my pov..

Thanks for sharing.Last week episodes were pretty good but the ratings dropped due to that gharwali baharwali promo.was that promo necessary??They could have shown the revelation of childhood marriage truth as a promo but no they always show such promos that repel audience.

VERY FEW WOULD have patience that after marriage someone is so silly and not accept the marriage especially who is supposed to be RP and elderly DD of the family. As it is not the fault of the couple and this point has been cleared.Time is precious and hard to find for many viewers and they have a wide range of choice not all are hard core fans like us to tolerate everything that is dished out by the CH and PH and we know the promos are in a very bad taste not at all positive. The shows also have their ups and downs

Next point is marriage of an already married man there can be a pati patni and woh track but this when both are not ready is not what viewers want to see.Till marriage the TRPs went on increasing marginally but now they seem to be falling
