I'm a little worried, my wife might have breast cancer. What exactly are the symptoms?

If you have a lump in the Breast,it is better to consult a doctor first.
Sometimes there are possibilities of the hardened lump called"Fibroadenoma" to turn into Cancer but not most of the times.
I have seen a Breast Cancer Patient who had a blackened hardness in one of her Breasts.Better to show a doctor if you detect any abnormalities regarding your breast

well you can check for a lump by putting your hand on the breast and rotating clockwise(start from the just below the shoulder). If you do feel abnormal lump or have a feeling that you might have it consult a doctor. The earlier shown the better(btw the chances of getting breast cancer increases with age)
