I see so many comments of people saying so and so should win because so and so is better than so and so.

My question to you is, how important is winning saregamapa contest to one's career?
So you win the big money price, but than what? There are so many winners from reality shows, where are they? They may be doing shows here and there, but they seem to have been lost midst of a huge crowd.

Top 3 are always bound to a very strict contract - no one can invite them to perform in their cities, without zee taking a big cut. Often in western world people want to do shows, but they can't because Zee is asking for a lot of money, where only a fraction of it goes to these contestants.

Also the top 3 have to perform almost everyday in the shows that has been organized by Zee and that's very tiring.

Sadly Yathart has stopped going to school - because he is very busy doing shows, he is getting schooled at home when he has time.

Tanmay is doing shows and bringing home money. The whole family depends of Tanmay's income.

Amir Hafiz (my fav) - didn't go to school and is bringing home money for the family by doing shows.

Reality shows for kids should be to show case their talent and when the competition is over, I think children should get back to their daily routine and not get indulged into business world. They are at the tender age and should be focusing on being children and not be pushed to bring money for the family.

I am very worried for Azmat and Salman - because they both say they are from poor family. I just wonder what will happen to them after the show. I hope they both go back to school.

Personally - I don't care who wins - because that's not gonna make them stars.

I wish all these lil champs my very best and pray that they get to enjoy their childhood :)

Does anyone know what the very talented Hemant is doing? He seemed to be determined to complete studies while on the show.

Winners of the show are bound to a very strict contract - I think they are bound to a 3 year contract - chances are he is still working with Zee to do the concerts and all. I am hoping he is back to school - keeping fingers crossed.

Actually they miss their studies - when the contest is over, they have to catch up with the missed portion of the term. I think it's up the parents to make sure that children balance shows vs studying ... it's the fact, that Zee organizes shows and concerts during school year. I know few lil champs parents who have refused for their children to miss their school to participate in these shows.

The pressure from zee remains after the contest, due to the contract.
