I thunk she's a werewolf because she is the future head of the werewolf clan probably she has some adittional powers that are uncommon and deepanita wants to hide

she seems to be a hybrid. Warewolf and witch. As far as I know about warewolf folklore is that they don't possesses any extra power.

Alina is a werewolf! 😃 well uski powers dekh ke mujhe lagra ha tha ki shahed alina is definitely gonna b da leader of da werewolf! may b alina was kept in da dark room bcos she goes out of control wen she becomes a werewolf nd da khurana's r hidin to protect her by sayin deepu is the leader because alina is not that powerful yet (was just tinkin abwt dis)!
