Take some breaks during work and do what you like to do. Whenever I have some time between my shots, I like to watch movies and surf the internet! One should always keep time aside for themselves.

Try to keep your personal and professional life separate. Don't take your work problems home. Once you leave your workplace, try to leave your frustration and problem there itself, so that they don't invade your personal life.
