latest episode: an observation

hi All,
i am new in this forum, i mean in ADAALAT forum but i am big fan of this show.
just i have watched the latest episode (on 4th of september). i am very upset seeing this episode. the concept has been taken from the movie Manorama 60 feet under.
Adaalat is an unique show. then why is this copying????
