I know Nazim got teeth missing (two incisors for those that haven't noticed...on the left and right), hopefully he comes on the forum and realises we all know and he can use his money his earning on putting in dentures instead of shopping constantly for the best designer wear. His body isn't changing much he doesn't need so much clothing, instead get the teeth and he can smile without feeling self concious.

I don't think they are missing but just needs a brace to push them in line so it doesn't look like has gaps. I have definately seen a tooth on one side. I don't know what it's like in India but braces seem to have become popular only in recent years. My own brother has just had a brace put in as an adult.

Anyway, this aside Ahem is very cute when he smiles.

In USA it is very commen to have braces evern whenyou are a adult. Alot of times kid have brace and then they have to wear retainers at night to keep their teeth from moving, but you know how teenagers are they forget and then they get brace again as a adult for maybe 6 month to a year . But I would love to see ahem smile , it just changes his face completely, he look sooo handsome. His whole face lights up whem he smiles.
