question: when the hair comes out like that in pictures.. is that a sign of heat damage..?? its always the case with Priyankas hair..

^ either that or low reso picture...

i've seen that in a number of actresses' hair in public appearances though =/ like bipasha et al

their hair must get literally fried with all that frequent heat treatmen

I don't like that light thing either. Also her expression (lack of expression?) is weird.
