@Anjani
Yeah we seriously need to meet and discuss the serial. Not just the serial I think we can discuss other issues too, since our views seem to match. 😊 Why kill all time over this crappy serial discussing it both online and in real life?😆
Liked knowing you were expecting my posts on Jagya as soon as you saw the episode! Good observation on your part!😊
I mind the aashirwaad scene more because it was shown in a temple, in front of Goddess Durga's idol and a pandit gave her this blessing. It is a typical way of showing ''divine intervention'', ''karmic connection'' or ''ominous signs'' in Indian movies and serials. [Just as when a flower falls from a dead person's photo, it is supposed to mean that even the dead person is happy and given approval!😆 Or if a flower falls from a god's idol that means approval or assurance of success from God!😆 Many other such ''signs'' to denote future events in Indian serials and flicks!😃]
Yes it is not right that she only remembers romance, but does not ever remember (now) how he ridiculed her, insulted her, ignored her, hurt her and threw her out of his life. She does not have as many FBs of Teacher ji or her own vows to stand on her feet or her own assertion that child marriage ruined their lives or Bhairon's faith in her or encouragement to move on.
I liked the precap and Asha trying to show her a mirror to her own realities. But such things have become a routine feature in BV. Even Gauri is shown in self introspection or ''epiphany'' moment modes. But she is sent back to square one in the very same episode!
So a thoughtful or introspective look on Anandi's face does not enthuse me.
I hate how they are giving so many typical serial type/filmi ominous signs of JaAn reunion! 😲
It's not like she does not have self respect. But the truth is that women of her background are just not conditioned to even think of ''self''. To such an extent are they subjugated! For them, love or family or sacrifice are said to be the main things. Little Anandi had a sense of self or identity, but as she grew older - her sense of self was crushed and thwarted by DS. She was completely subjugated by the time she attained puberty itself!
They did sideline her last year or so, before the leap. She had begun to stay silent and tolerated everything, even started to hold back her tears. Post leap Anandi was just a full-blown result of all conditioning by DS!😔
