Coming to the episode, I liked it barring the Dev-Geet scene which was disturbing at certain levels. But I do not want to crib or complain about it. I guess I have slowly come to accept the positive Dev , not because I like it this way but simply because I have no choice ! Whether we like it or not , truth is that CVs want the viewers to forget that Dev was Geet's culprit ever and will , at any cost shove a positive Dev down our throats ! I guess for the sake of our own sanity , the sooner we accept this the better !

Well this is something we should just let go now...it is pretty obvious that they want us to not bring in the past issues of Dev and geet...it is like it never happened so they have brushed off the part.
It was awkward for me too the scene...but pyschologically it made sense as well...so i didn't mind it much.

Agree with the rest, although I wish Geet had found a way to feed him cake in a cute-ish way, basically just extend the Birthday scene a tad longer . I felt like whatever they showed came and went too soon !
Feeding the cake would have happened, and i didn't even expect her to do it...i mean he announced her as his wife...BUT the way he thanked her u can that he accepted her as his wife...BUT he still had no such feelings for her YET...and so she wouldn't do anything like that...i mean she didn't dance with him until he himself didn't hold her to dance...so cake to bohot dur ki baat hai abhi.

I don't think it went too soon, because maan in a way just kept the party because he wanted geet to lose the bet🤣...as for the birthday party he never really cared which was why he was sooo shy while people were singing the b-day song for him...and cutting the cake😳...he walked away from there...he was never the kind whom was into such parties, unless if it was business party...even then he stayed on the side talkin to his business clients...

if u notice maan at the party this time was actually socializing only because geet had said that he doesn't...😆

the pace was fine in my opinion

People want him to change in a hurry.. and then blame PH for it.

The Cvs are taking it so slowly and brilliantly , exploring every aspect of their relationship in the context of the memory loss, its genius.

The man is just warming up to her, and realizing that he has been very out of line a number of times, and that did not reflect on her positively. Thats why the calmer , gentler Maan who is not averse to providing for her and her happiness though , as he very clearly said today 'He does not love her'.. not yet.

So all this is not 'change' .. its an evolving of his attitude towards her..

Too good an episode seriously.. I am riding high since the last couple of weeks.. the standard of the episodes has improved so damn much. and it has again started touching us profoundly ..

Yayy! for the entire GHSP team.😳

brilliant Nini👏
agree with you fullyyy...he has not changed...he is still the same...BUT his attitude is slowly changing towards geet as he is seeing many shades of her that he failed to see before...his mind is his...no one is forcing anything on him, and so now his heart and mind are not being pressured to accept anything...BUT he is able to see things clearly now...and like before during their first confession...Maan had told geet that it is her many different shades that he fell in love with...and he is seeing all different characteristics of geet now, and soo slowly his thoughts of her are evolving...GOOD...loved it!!

that one night of teej lasted about 3 (real) days to evolve...so maan's initial reaction to his guilt followed by redemption and remorse for how he behaved with geet led to serious contemplation and a conversation where both parties let it all out and made clear how they would proceed from then...his behavior the next day was not out of the blue...it was a result of mutual understanding between maaneet...

Brilliant post Shivi pardner ...👏 👏 and such a sensible one too ...seriously speaking i was tired of the doomsday post ... i know the ending bit has scared the daylights outta people but then i believe whatever has to happen will surely happen ... the thing we can do is hope that the PH has a change of heart and does not plan to end the show ...for the coming future we have lost the sense of the present ...

In todays episode i saw respect and a sense of awareness for Geet in Maans eyes ...he saw in her the true bahu of the khurana khandaan or let me put it this way how the khurana khandaan bahu should be , how his wife , MSK's wife shud be , how she wud feel for the family he loves so dearly ...he sees one bahu trying to destroy the family and the other standing up and protecting the family ...and so .he firstly said that Geet iss khandaan ki bahu hai and then he says she is Geet Maan Singh Khurana...goes to show how much he will now respect her and trust her instincts...
I agree what u said about there being no sudden change in his attitude ...Maan knows he has wronged her ,and now wishes to correct it by seeing to her happiness ... though he says its not love but i'd say the ball has started rolling 😊 kuch kuchh toh definitely ho raha hai ...remember how in the very beginning we see him denying what he felt for her and then one fine day it just hit him ...he's just getting to know her ( all over again) but this time in a more mature and much more closer "at home base" way ...
about Dev and Geet convo ...well at first i was like uh ohh , but then i realised that today she saved him too ...divorce dilwa diya usko NT se ...and he came to thank her for that as well as saving his family ...how she tells him the past is gone and future awaiting in the form of Nandu ...she asked him to move on too ...
i hope i make sense wid all this and seriously want the PH to think about it as there is so much to be explored with GC and DD and their brilliant acting ...

Great post! I love the way they are handling Maan's characterisation in this storyline. I think people were expecting to see a repeat of the original love story and keep thinking they know what is going to happen, but the CVs continue to surprise us with the new and believable way they are dealing with the relationship as it stands. That is why, I think, people are getting a little frustrated with Maan. They keep thinking they know what is going to happen and get irritated when it doesn't happen exactly as it did before. But I really respect the CVs for handling this development in a new and fresh way!

I agree that Maan realised yesterday for the first time, seeing Geet's strength and intelligence, that this was a girl he could have married in his right mind. This realisation is crucial for him to want to once again work on building a relationship with her, if not one of love (because he still doesn't have any real feelings for her), then one of respect and based on the promise to try and keep her happy in return for her clear loyalty and belonging to him and his family. I loved your point about how him shouting at her indirectly gave NT the license to do the same and he realised how wrong this was, causing him to speak up. It is still his strong sense of wrong and right that is governing his decisions, as opposed to love, at this point.
