I never planned or followed anyone.I have maintained a good body since my school days as I have been exercising and playing sports.I am a black belt in martial arts.Today having six abs is not a big deal.Personally,I wouldnt advice anyone to have a huge muscular body,as the most important thing is to stay fit.Stamina is important and one should increase it by doing cardio exercise,running and walking.To maintain myself,I do cardio once a week and avoid oily stuff.I carry my protein and diet stuff with me regularly.When I am home,I eat five-six meals but when I am on sets I replace my meals with protein shakes.I hit the gym during mid night after my shoot get trained under a personal trainer and I love to gorge at 1 am.When I dont get time to workout,I do push ups and sit ups.
