Hi friends. I have followed Gulaal from Episode 1 and have loved it from Day1.Although I have not interacted on the forum regularly I have always read almost ALL the posts on the forum and was surprised that we still have a number of intelligent viewers who like such shows.

As for the finale today, I was determined to watch it on TV as it was the last episode and so had even cancelled a dinner appointment to stay home and watch it. But after watching it I felt a bit let down. Gulaal's confession and the winding up of the show with the usual..."and they all lived happily ever after" bit was ok. But I felt that this confession and Kesar-Gulaal coming together should have been shown at least 4-5 episodes before the finale. That way we could have seen some romantic moments between KG. This was like a total 'pheeka K-G reunion. They had broken the diyar-vattu so they could have shown a proper marriage (even if a brief one)...then some lively loving moments between K-G and the other family members...

I don't know if i am the only one to feel like this but the finale should have been a memorable one. I hate SP channel. Had they shifted it to a different slot for even a week or two more I am sure the show could have been ended in a better way.

If I have offended any one I apologise for it.For now I am just wondering what I will do without having Gulaal to watch at 9 every week night. Lets see what the new show turns out like. Hope to meet u all or at least most of u all on some other forum. Pls lets keep in touch even after tonight some place else.

Well yes they wasted a lot of time this week in showing side tracks n did not give proper time to Gulaal-KEsar story. I too believe that they could have structured the ending better n have at least given a grand wedding n some more Gulaal Kesar scenes! 😭

But the Maha episode was good, and I loved the last bit between gulaal n Kesar n their garba! 😃 The only thing this ME has done is to increase my hunger for more Gulaal Kesar scenes, which I will have to fulfill by going back n viewing the past scenes! 😭

unfortunately thats all we can do now. And yes the garba was awesome. But I still wish we had had more of Kesar-Gulaal scenes in the last week so that we could have had some better memories. But alas we can't always have what our heart desires. i am now just waiting to see Mansi and Neil in another show. If we get them together again it would be simply awesome. Lets just hope some other PH and channel casts them together soon.

I agree,i wish they had shown this confession scene few episodes ago,then we would be able to see more romantic scenes.

I just dont feel content ,even though it was a happy ending.

I wish there were more love and happy scenes between the two.

The last few episodes were Rhona Dhona and Talli drama.

So my heart still asks for more,am not satisfied.

The maha episode was good. it ended well

but i wish vasants dream came like a few days ago or maybe even friday...so maybe kesgul's reunion would have been longer and even better. But instead the week was wasted by other family drama and kesgul was sidelined as always.

ya decision of axing of show abruptly it affected the main plot of the show i.e gk story.if everything went well it would have been fantastic the gk story n ending of the show have been just out of this world.
but eventhough they could have atleast have concentrated on gk n could explore better but cvs wasted on other tracks may be some other probs or they might ve some other plans.

Well, the grand finale s little bit light only... Ending s Proper but the Wrapping up of Episodes s not Ok...

I agree they wasted time - they could have shown so much more of GK but they wasted it on trivials..

The mahaepisode also had many things wanting , in the sense they could have shown more of what we all wanted to see ...but I am glad that whatever time they gave to Gulal and Kesar , it was high quality and satisfying - the CV's did justice to characters of Gk and Neil and Mansi did justice to their roles... I like to remember only the confession scene and forget everything else...
