I had such low expectations from today's episode and the CVs once again gave me pleasant surprise..😛Such a happening episode with plenty of movement in the story..It was the perfect mix of AnYalicious scenes and family drama..Minimum dragging, and no evil plotting, scheming-a very good ME without a doubt..😃
Nimmi provides the much needed reality check: Anant was not happy at all to see Nimmi with her fiance clad in western clothes.. (which BTW were very decent, not skimpy at all😆)..As soon as he saw Nimmi like that Anant the friend vanished and Anant the big brother took charge..It was so funny how Sant Anant went on and on about how she shouldn't meet her fiance like that without informing anyone in the family, and how she should just wait until she is married to do all this gutur gu..😕😆Creepy Baba has taught Anant well..So what if he doesn't practice what he preaches, he knows how to preach at least..😆😆Anant understood things are different for a girl when it came to his own sister, but when Navya was trying to make him understand the same thing yesterday, mandbuddhi couldn't grasp the concept..Kudos to Nimmi for pointing out to him that she wasn't doing anything which he hasn't done before..Though I did not like how she implied that AnYa were engaging in out of limit behaviour..But nonetheless Nimmi's outburst was the jolt our mandbuddhi needed to understand Navya's predicament..👍🏼Seeing how worried dukhi aatma junior was he also understood why Meeta was being so harsh..Anant knew his whole family would object to Nimmi's actions even though she was meeting her fiance and he finally fathomed what Navya's mom's reaction was like when she found out her daughter was having an affair with a guy she wasn't officially committed to..Much needed reality check for lover boy right there..😃
So much love for Navya's Tai Ji😛: Awww how cute was the AnYa scene today..I will never get tired of gushing about these two..😳😳They just keep getting more and more adorable day by day..BTW looks like we STILL haven't seen the end of Anant's Card..Navya has decided to bring it to Kanpur with her as lover boy's LOWE's nishani..That card has a history of landing AnYa in trouble, I can only hope that no one will see that card..Moving on, it was so cute how Anant chose the exact moment to call when she was thinking about him looking at the card..Loved how she got all excited and hoped it was him calling as soon as the phone rang, so much for not talking to Anant huh devi ji??😉
God Anant doesn't let us be angry with him for long, does he? Just yesterday we all were talking about how he needs to understand Navya and today he reduces me to a gushing phangirl by being so understanding, sensible and so utterly romantic..😳😳😆Poor thing was scared that she might pounce on him for calling and said 'Larna mat Navya, maine larai karne ke liye phone nahin kiya hai" as soon as she picked up..I know he is a tubelight and it takes time to get things through his thick head but once he does understand, he is an absolut sweetheart..🤗Loved how he told her that he now understands why her mom did not want them to talk for 6 weeks since he saw how worried his chachi was because of Nimmi vanished for a while..I wanted to pinch his cheeks when he told her that their love is strong and this 6 weeks separation was no big hurdle..👍🏼Navya was of course floored by lover boy's understanding approach and told him that she would write a letter to him for every day of these 6 weeks and she would give the letters to him when she sees him next..😳If Navya could write letters than why would majnu ji stay back? 😃He said he will write poems for Navya..Hahahaha I LOWEED his pathetic attempt at poetry..
"Miss, Main tumhe karta hu bohot miss"..Awww my shona is shooo shweet..😆😆Then much to my dismay Tai ji interrupts our love birds..ROFL at Navya's "Tum sach me ek hi piece ho puri duniya me, abhi toh mumbai se kanpur bhijwa diya, ab kanpur se jane ke liye jageh bhi nahin hai" when lover boy was forcing her to talk with him for a bit longer..Navya really has Anant all figured out, sach me is he is one of a kind, a total namuna, albeit a very adorable namuna though..😃😃The last bit of this scene was the cutest!!

Loved high on candy Anant's little waltz with the pillow on top of the bed..And his "Manao Ranbir Aviyan" was hilarious..ROFL @"Ranbir mujhe maaf kar de, main ter pair par ta hu, please mujhe maf kar de"😆😆
Daadi par Attyachar: My heart went out to poor daadi today..It was so sad seeing the full of life, boisterous daadi so reserved, so meek..😭😭It was proved today that no matter where you were brought up, its your upbringing that defines your character..Navya the one who grew up in a modern city like Mumbai had much better values instilled in her than Tai ji's bratty kids who were brought up in Kanpur..I adore Navya for being the ever caring soul she is..It was all so foreign to her to see the same dadi who insisted on eating with the whole family in mumbai having her meals all alone in kanpur..I felt like hugging daadi when she was trying to hide the elder abuse that goes on in the house from Navya..Loved Navya for serving daadi first at the dinner table and giving her the respect she rightly deserves..👏👏But the brats did not have an iota of shame and rather went about ridiculing daadi..Its so strange how circumstances dictate your behaviour na? The same dadi who freaked out when Renu only talked back once kept mum today when Ravi was making fun of her so blatantly..🤔Navya's Tau ji seemed sad as well but he is probably too scared of his hitler wife..I so want Daadi to move back to Mumbai permanently now, I was so sad at the prospect of her leaving, now we have all the more reasons for her to move back..👍🏼
Rama's change of heart (?) and Renu's dilemma: I still can't believe that Rama told Shagun she should forget all about Anant..Rama actually wants to work on her marriage?? 😲😲Mohan's peace talks actually accomplished something? 😲😲It would be the most refreshing thing ever if she was speaking the truth today and she actually follows through on her word..
She really seems to make her marriage work (CVs even put in a nice honest BG instead of her usual evil one😆😆)..I don't know, I guess I will just wait and see if she has really changed for good or not..Renu on the other hand is either not ready or she feels ashamed to tell her mom about Gautam's antics..I am with Meeta and think that she did the right thing by hiding it all from Deepu for the time being..But she should not keep him in the dark when she realizes that its not just a small tiff between Renu & Gautam..I find it very cute that Meeta always seeks solace in her daughters..When she was worried about Navya, she shared the worries with Renu, and now when she is worried about Renu, she calls Navya up to talk..Very adorable mommy-daughter bonding..🤗
Random Musings:
1)Mohan's naughty expression when Anant is whining about how he doesn't want to go to the wedding was so funny!! 😈😆He knows the wedding is in Kanpur and is having fun taking the mickey out of Anant since mandbuddhi hasn't bothered to find out the location of the wedding yet..🤣
2)Bechare Creepy Baba is wearing that orange kurta forever!! He only has this other green kurta..Inki halat toh Renu se bhi battar hai..😆
