If today's episode is anything to go by , the battle lines between Raichands and Khuranas have been drawn. The claws are out and the fangs are being dipped in venom to take it slow but straight to victory. Abhay has pushed the Khuranas to the edge and that is why they are going all out and all impulsive to destroy the Raichands. Neil , Dipz and Jeh have vowed to destroy the vampires and kill Abhay. So, today , you saw a vengeful , venomous and toxic Dipz trying to bring down Raichands on the business level . Plot , plan , be obsessed but gather legal loopholes against the vampires. You had a cool , sly but hateful Jeh not only stealing the locket from Abhay but telling him that Abhay gotta wait and watch what Jeh does to Abhay using that locket.
Abhay is powerful , infact , way too powerful but he has always either underestimated people or overestimated himself. Yes, the werewolves are weaker than Abhay but even a rabbit can bite when he has to and here we are talking about full fledged werewolves. If Jeh's act of stealing the locket and the precap is anything to go by , then, its loud and clear that even if Jeh has to use underhand tactics and go the wily way to take down Abhay , he will do it. It's a war and there are no rules – its blood for blood and that is that.
Chaand and Haseena are ready and they are ready enough. They are seasoned warriors and survivors of the supernatural. Maybe they have a whole plan drawn out about what to do with the Khuranas. But their only worry should be that Khuranas might bring in an evil surprise that they are not expecting. Like we saw in the precap – Raichands back for an evening walk in the police station. Haseena looked angry enough to eat up Dipz with or without ketchup. Khuranas are now trying to implicate the Raichands in a murder case. Ah, well.
Khuranas are playing smart , furious and are out with the weapons but there is a small problem. They are going way too fast and if they mistake this momentary lull of Raichands as silence , well, they can expect a sting at the most unexpected time. Raichands are ancient old school supernaturals – taking them head on like this is actually suicidal and maybe Khuranas will know that in hindsight.
And how can we not talk about Alina in all this war talk. You are actually going to have a sarcastic ironic grin on your face when you see Jeh show confidence in his siblings that they all will get together and finish Abhay but Alina gives a fake, half-hearted promise. Jeh and his folks are busy planning to finish enemies outside but they have no idea that there is a chink in their armour and that's their very own Alina.
Alina today gave Abhay a promise that he may not have heard but it will always protect him. Just like Abhay has always protected and saved Piya , and a whole lot of times she didn't even know that Abhay will come and save her. Alina was in Abhay's shoes today. She said that she may have to side with her family because its her duty and her blood ties , but come what may , no matter what happens , she will not let anything touch Abhay. Under all circumstances , she will protect Abhay. Yes, she said that , ppz. That she will save Abhay even if that means betraying her own blood. Reason? Abhay 's connection with her and all the kindness that Abhay gave her.
So , no matter what jaws of destruction Abhay is thrown into – there is a savior already , a supernatural savior who won't let her own clan hurt him. Abhay is lucky in a way. He may have had a damned life but whenever somebody got attached to him – Haseena , Chaand , Piya , Danish and now, Alina – they all got ready to lay down their lives for him. Metz is different. She can take anyone's life for Abhay.
DanCchi
We have hated and judged Dan. We have hated and judged Pancchi. Two people who went horribly wrong in their lives, While Dan did a sin and is trying to redeem himself till date . Pancchi lost herself too Dan's sin and instead of picking up her life , jumped into muck hoping that this drugged life will make her forget what she was put through. We don't love them, we don't care about them , we have no heart feeling for these two characters and yet we wish them well and we wish them sanity. You know why? Because everyone and everything deserves a second chance. Today , Dan and Pancchi needed that talk , that conversation because they both knew that they are responsible for where they are. Above all, they both knew that having been on the grey side , they both are not going to judge each-other. Instead , they will see that side of each-other that nobody else can see or comprehend – not even the audience , simply because we are not connected to them.
Dan was the man whom the original Pancchi loved and loved with all that she had. After he went , she was just desperately trying to fill in the gaps and trying to save her womanhood's respect. If you look at it , everything has come back a full circle to Dan. For Dan , with all the grey and negatives that he had , his feelings for Pancchi were real. When he lost her , it was then that he realized what Pancchi was to him.
Sometimes , some things are not forgivable. The damage is too much and beyond repair. But you learn to translate that guilt into redemption and pick up the pieces to rebuild your life. Pancchi may not forget what Dan did and Dan may not forget what he did but if they decide to reconcile , they will know that even though they were no angels , they still found their way to a morning of promise.
I do feel that Dan will find his way back to Pancchi. Today , in this situation , the only person who didn't judge her , or sermonized her was Dan. For him, she is still the sweet , simple , loving Pancchi whom we , Pancchi and not even the creatives can find.
