In STAR Plus' Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Gopi's faith will be tested as in tonight's episode she tries to foil a robbery plan. A STAR Plus.in source reveals, "Preparations for the Janmasthami puja are on in full vigour.

Aham will drop Gopi to the temple and from there would begin Gopi's tryst with the robbers. Watch the show to see if Gopi is able to save herself and her Kanhaji's statue.

Despite the grave danger, Gopi is putting up a brave face. Scared but courageous Gopi says, "When I saw the robbers stealing away Kanhaji's gold statue, I couldn't stop myself. They were doing this heinous crime on the day of Janmasthami. How can they? I had to stop them. I would have let the woman go, if she had realised her mistake and handed me the statue but I don't know who hit me on the head and kidnapped me. I was scared and worried when I woke up in a dusty, old place. I have no clue where I am but I am adamant on getting out. I will ensure that Kanhaji's idol is back in time for Janmasthami puja. I hope and pray he helps me get out of this predicament and be there for the puja."

Talking about her connection with Kanhaji, she adds, "I have a special bond with Him as He is not just my God but my savior, friend and guide too. I have always gone to Kanhaji whenever I have been happy or sad. He has been my true companion and family in life. Kanhaji was with me when I got lost in Switzerland. Also, I would like to believe that I got his prasad during rakshabandhan when I got a gold coin after I tied a rakhi to him. He is with me day and night. We have a connection of souls."
