CONCEPT:
The story starts in the hospital, where Shilpa goes to get something from the car park, but a car hits her and she meets with an accident.

Episode 1

In Sanjeevani hospital

Shashank: Dr Shilpa and Dr Armaan. You two will be working in the children's ward , together.
Shilpa: Okay! I don't have a problem. As long as Armaan doesn't annoy me.
Armaan: Shilpa. Stop, yaar. I don't have a problem, Dr Shashank.
Shashank: Ok then! So one of you go to the car par and get some items from the ambulance van and the other go to the children's ward and assist the patients called Renuka Shah and Suhaana Shah. Renuka suffers from asthma and Suhaana suffers from dyslexia and dyspraxia.
Shilpa: Oh. That's sad to know. I'm going to the car park. Armaan, go to the children's ward.

Armaan and Shilpa leave for the children's ward and the car park. Shilpa is in the car park. She walks as her bracelet falls onto the floor. A car is coming right towards her. She picks her bracelet up as it's really special to her. She screams and Armaan comes and pulls her away from the middle of the road. They stare into each other's eyes.

Shilpa: Thanks...
Armaan: What thanks? You idiot, why did you walk into the middle of the road. You should have ran. Dimwit.
Shilpa: Oy! Don't call me an idiot and a dimwit. Otherwise you will have to face my wrath.
They both laugh. Armaan and Shilpa pick up the things required and head to the children's ward.
In Renuka and Suhaana's ward.

Shilpa: Hi sweetie!
Renuka: Hi Doctor! My name's Renuka Shah and I am 7 years old. Di, look the doctor's here.
Suhaana: Hi. Suhaana. Call me Hano or Su.
Renuka: And call me Renu if you want!
Shilpa: Okay Girlies! You don't have to call me Doctor. You can call me Shilpa Di. And Armaan, you can call him Dr. Armaan or whatever you want.
Armaan: Call me Doc or dude.
Shilpa: Dude? They're kids , Armaan. Not idiots like you!
Suhaana: Dude. Haha! I am going to call you that.
Renuka: Me too! I'm tired now. Can we go to sleep Shilpa Di?
Shilpa: Yes darling, of course you can. Actually, both of you should sleep now. It's quite late. Girls, come with me. Let's go and brush your teeth and get our pajamas on. Armaan, sort the bedding out.
Armaan sorts out the bedding while Shilpa goes and gets Renu and Hano to brush their teeth and get their pajamas on. Shilpa brings in the girls and gets them to go to sleep. She goes to the next ward which has a little baby and it's mother, and Doctor Muskaan is handling them, in the next ward , Atul and Anjali are taking care of a little boy. Shilpa goes back to Renuka and Suhaana's ward and sings a lullaby. They go to sleep. Shilpa dozes off on the sofa while Armaan goes to sleep on the other sofa.

PRECAP: Dr Shashank tells Armaan and Shilpa that they have to stay with Renuka and Suhaana 24/7 and give them food and all they can do. Armaan and Shilpa have to stay together. Shilpa and Armaan give each other a glare.
