That is exactly what happened yesterday. I don't think he has any real romantic feelings for Geet yet, but at least he is being sensitive to her very difficult situation and wants to help her, by taking away any idea she has that he might be falling for her. It is a very honourable sentiment to want to be honest even when it will hurt your loved ones (daadi).

I am sure he has already started feeling things a tiny bit, like he certainly thought she was gorgeous enough to stop and stare at her for a good two minutes. This is just the beginning! Him pushing her away but slowly falling for her all the while is going to be oodles of fun!
