Is the Show inspired by 'Khoobsurat' ?

Well while watching this show ,i just had a stray thought ,that plotline seems to be inspired by "Khoobsurat" starring Rekha & Rajesh Roshan . Lovely character is ditto like rekha . What do you say ?

I remember the movie. In it also the mother is very strict like Mrs K. with her DILs. She does not like Rekha. Rekha feels that her treatment of her DILs and general lifestyle is too severe and stuffy and teaches them the little joys of life. Slowly everyone else in the family turn around and start replying when they think the mother in law is not correct. One day whilst shouting at Rekha about her latest antics which are causing distance between her and the rest of the family, her husband suffers a heart attack. Slowly the MIL begins to realise that she is wrong. And Rekha is good at heart.

one strong difference between khubsurat and mrs.kaushik is about jhoot .in khubsurat -rekha is not jhooti.but in mrs.kaushik -lovely is jhooti.
