28th Aug: Alas, the d-day has come!
lots of things remain to be shown in the last minute, in one single mahaepisode...I really hope the reunion is worth watching and the episode lives upto its own high standards ...

Well, the parting of Kes-Gul was so beautiful it left such a deep impact on all of us ...especially the photo session that last night with the unforgettable half photo and the "apna khayaal rakhna" moments in Gulaal's house...😍

Do you think the reunion will also be as impactful?

I know the Friday temple scene was awesome ... but dont you think we deserve many many more and much much more 😊 to make up for all the heartache that we went through with Kesar and Gulaal?

So I am waiting for the remaining episodes to see if the reunion will be as beautiful and impactful as the parting ...and I wonder which will stay longer in our hearts...😍

Added : 22nd Aug : I was wondering how they will meet other than Talli"s wedding and the article on Krishnashtami came out and now this precap showing Motabha inviting her ...lovely !

24th Aug:Waiting for tonight ,really hope the episode is good ,very little time left for our dear show to give us some last few precious episodes!

All of us want the reunion to be excellent, well portrayed and logical!
But lets see what the CVs have planned! So far they have provided us with some awesome, unique and beautiful surprises, so am fully trusting them on this most crucial matter! 😛

There was a time when the backdrop of the family was also colourful and interesting ..but these days with the "maayusi " in the motabha home and with the dreaded terrorst new Paanba whom many here call NOTPaan Ba...I am not thinking much of the family ..especially in view of the short time left..unless there are some quick changes there too ...

So I wonder where all can we see GK now , first , ofcourse being the Kully marriage... but after that ? So I am excited that Cv"s may still hold many surprises for us ...

As you said, this is a "crucial matter" and hope the CV's give us nothing short of the brilliance that they are capable of...

hey Vj !
well well this is one question that all kesgul fans are pondering over either consciously or subconsciously...

you know i m a post leap viewer of Gulaal..so i never had seen earlier gulaal the free bird like woman...i used to wonder how would she react to kesar romantically...we've seen her in her angry mode , awkward mode , dominating mode , wifey mode etc with kesar...but never in a beloved mode..but in friday's episode when i got the little glimpse of the free bird AND the little preview of her beloved mode...i was like this is something beyond my imagination...lol...from that very moment i m thinking that if her wide free smile , her blushing and unintentional beloved like behaviour are casting so much charm...then how will be the full realization and confession leading to the ultimate reunion...
friday's episode has really shown a new shade of gulaal* at least for me*...and i m geting this feeling that this new beloved shade of gulaal is going to be something simply beautiful and magical...

cv's has always come with extraordinary treatment of this couple...so my hope are high , and faith is strong...

And after all mental utha patak my heart is telling me that the reunion WILL certainly be beautiful and of the level kesgul...

so hope for the best BUT prepare yourself for the worst as well.. [:)]

Hey, thanks for the long reply ya , I thought everyone (including myself) is busy watching the lovely VM's that the forum members are churning out these days ...they are a treat to watch...😊

I am also a "post leap viewer" in a strange way - in the sense that i started watching Gulaal from the beginning , but did not watch for sometime when I read the Diyarvattu story on IF - can you imagine , I thought the concept was too wierd and I didnt like Vasant dying and Gulaal in white as a widow (that was an even more grim shade of Gulaal)... but always liked the little Kesar - Ali the kid actor - and somewhere , with the little darling still around, I tuned back and he went off to hostel, came back as Neil ...thereafter the story has been very gripping and not for the life of me would I miss any episode...

And in a way ,I have seen the "young and romantic" Gulaal, but this new soon- to- be -"romantic" Gulaal is so different from that earlier one - she has come such along way - by herself AND with Kesar - that these new feelings sprouting all over again have a unique beauty thats deeper than the earlier ones...

I hope they do show her in full bloom ..and Kesar all shocked and surprised ... to his utter fascination !

Today's episode was a satisfying one with Kes-Gul phone scene taking the cake ...what a beautiful scene where they listen to each other's voice in tearful silence...and the vows reminding Gulaal this time of their meaning and how Kesar fulfilled each one of them...

Way to go CV's , keep giving us lovely episodes...

VJ - I haven't really done explicit speculation of what the reunion would be like, tbh, because there's so much one can imagine. Even if I did guess a situation right - Neil and Mansi would go on to add so many more dimensions to it with their acting as such - it would end up being much more than I imagined!

I do want to say, after yesterday - again - that the CVs need to be very considerate of their extremely loyal and unbelievably supportive fans... we're not the crazy fangirls going gaga over a hawt couple, and in that, we have come to accept the only logical way for this series to retain its standard through and through is to come to a right time end - but its not easy letting go of something we've become so addicted to... we really really deserve much more than fair space to GK in the remaining episodes. As I said yesterday - anything that's not a MUST, should be avoided now - and anything includes everything there. I hope the remaining days can be solely GK + stuff that promotes GK in the most necessary way, and nothing else.

Perhaps its too much to ask - but really, letting go of this show is too much enough! The CVs have rarely let us down, and they ought to upkeep the final phase of high faith we have in them to make up for our GK dreams! =)
