The Baraat have arrived!

Dev gets off of his ghodi.

He is dressed in an orange sherwani...

Shanti unwillingy applies a tilak on Dev's forehead and does his aarti.

Mansaram welcomes everyone into the venue.

Radhika is busy dressing up in her room.

She is dressed in a dark pink sari.

Downstairs, the mandap is ready.

Pandit
: Kanya ko bulaiye!

Barkha and Mohini bring down Radhika.

Dev is blown away... ☺️

Radhika is blushing.

The first ritual begins. Dev and Radhika exchange garlands.

Everyone applauses. Radhika and Dev are joyous.

Then Radhika and Dev sit down.

The Pandit calls Mansaram.

Dev extends his hand.

Mansaram puts Radhika's hand into his hand giving his daughter away.

The pandit says that Radhika is now Dev's responsibility.

Then he goes on to say that it is time for the Granthi Bandhan (tying the knot)

Mansaram ties Radhika's dupatta to a pink cloth on Dev.

The pandit lights the fire.

RaDev get up for the pheres.

Chenu gives parched rice to RaDev for each phere and Radhika kicks over the things on the leaves.

Radhika leads in the first 3 pheres while Dev leads in the rest.

While they take the saat phere the pandit explains the meaning of them...

They finish the pheres, and now they are bonded together.

Dev puts a mangalsutra around Radhika's neck and sindoor in her maang.

Now, the shaadi is completed.

It is time for the Bidaai.

Radhika is both sad and happy.

Shanti doesn't really care but the rest will miss her (even Chanda).

Radhika has tears in her eyes.

Mansaram tells her to be strong as she is headed for a bright future.

Dev promises Mansaram he will take care of Radhika.

Radhika and Dev drive away...

Radhika is all set to enter the house.

Padma does RaDev's aarti.

Barkha and Mohini demand money before RaDev can enter.

Dev smiles and gives them his whole wallet.

Radhika knocks over a pot of rice.

She places her feet into the thaali filled with sindoor mixed with water.

She takes her first steps into the home.

This game was already mentioned before.

A thali is brought over filled with milk and flower petals.

The bride and groom compete to find a ring in the tray.

Dev is gazing at Radhika and Radhika is gazing at Dev.

However, Radhika emerges victorious.

So the Dulhann side win the games. 🥳

Now, it is time for romance.

Radhika has her ghunghat over her face on Dev's bed.

Dev comes in smiling. He sits on the bed and lifts her ghungat.

Radhika is blushing. ☺️

The window is open, and the wind blows in their faces.

Dev takes off Radhika's jewelry.

She tries to resist but Dev is in a naughty mood.

He kisses her cheek, then her forehead and brings her down to the bed.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shankar!! The Biggest Wedding is here!!!!!! Awesome thread!! And the music is just adding the much needed effect...it feels like I am actually witnessing the wedding...and u used the Avi of Mansaram's scene of kanyadan of today's epi!! That just made it all the more real!!!

thank you sia. I am exhausted. the reception is the best part where we celebrate. so maybe tomorrow.
