Why cant anandi ask for a divorce..

i dont know if this topic has been discussed but if anandi wants to really move on, as they keep saying and showing, then she should be initiating the process..more so, if she thinks that jagya loves guari, then she should allow them to be together legally..or is she being plain selfish...

Anandi probably would have asked for a divorce, had she been given some time and atleast been consulted BEFORE the J-G duffers jumped into their 'legal' wedding.

At this point, given that he is already married, she knows that any divorce proceedings may unearth Jagya's second illegal marriage before a magistrate which may cause him to go to jail...so she has just let them both get lost to Mumbai and live as they please.

he faces law term only if anandi files a complain...what about having a divorce based on mutual consent...if both the spouses are ready and quote incompatibility, then the court will grant them a divorce...
