Maan checked himself in the mirror one last time. He fixed his hair again and again, twirled in front of the mirror making sure there was nothing wrong with his outfit. He poped up the color and smirked in front of the mirror..."hmm how should I approach them...lets practice now..." He bends
his one shoulder and puts his hand out like Amitabh Bachan..."eh Maan Singh Khurana..naam toh suna hoga eh..." he stands up straight.."no no...that won't work.." He puts his collar down..."My name is Maan..." He smiles and brings out his hand to shake..."No no...ugh why is this so hard? It wasn't hard for Geet when she met Dadima...I don't know anything about her family except that she has a khudus brother. I don't know how her dad would be i hope he isn't anything like her brother or else I will elope with Geet so they would have no other option but to accept us. Ok let me practice
again.." He looks at his watch.."ohh no I am going to be late"
"Don't worry Mr.Khurana you still have time left.." (he turns around to see
Geet standing there smirking...She walks and stands in front of him)
Maan: When did you come?
Geet: When you were standing in front of the mirror practicing on how to
introduce yourself...
Maan (becomes embarassed): So you saw everything?
Geet: Yeah...I liked your Amitabh Bachan style better (she laughs)
Maan: ohh...I am nervous for the first time..I don't know how your family
will react..
Geet (puts her arms around his waist and hugs him): Don't worry its all
going to be all right...
Maan: I hope so..anyway tell me how do I look?
Geet (comes out of the hug and takes few steps back and slightly tilts her
head) hmm turn around..(Maan does..) Turn sideways? No to the right...ok now
to the left..(he does..) hmm do a cat walk..(Maan was about to but stops and
looks at her)
Maan: Geet come on it is not the time to joke around...now seriously tell me
how do I look...
Geet: you look great but one thing is missing...
Maan: What?
Geet (comes near him and kisses him on the cheek) My good luck...
Maan (smiles) In that case..I need more good luck (he brings her in his arms and dips her...and kisses her madly on her lips, after few seconds she starts responding as well...while kissing Maan looks at his watch on his left side and his eyes opens widely...he stands up quickly almost making
Geet fall on the floor..) We are late..come on..we have to go...
Geet (ST): Sadu kahi ka..romance bhi theek karna nahi aata...
Maan (comes and whispers in her ears): Don't worry after marriage I will show you how Maan Singh Khurana romances...(Geet looks at him shocked and then quickly blushes) tum romance ke elawa aur kya soch sakti ho (he winks at her) Now shall we go? (he holds her hand and takes her down stairs...)

Maan stood outside of Geet's house looking at the doorway..nervous and
scared...Geet nudges him on his hand...
Geet: Come on Maan nothing will happen..believe me..and if something does
then we can always go with your second plan...
Maan (forgot everything due to nervousness): Second plan?
Geet: Yeah we can elope (she whispers in his ears..)
Maan: Can we do that right now so that we don't have to meet anyone?
Geet (laughs):come on Maan...you are Maan Singh Khurana...if you could handle mutliple clients and employees then my parents should be piece of cake.
Maan (sighs): Yeah, I guess you are right. Alright I am ready.
Geet: Ok lets go...take deep breaths...(She lets go of his hand and rings her door bell...she gives him reasuring look before the door opens...Arjun opens the door and smiles at Geet and as soon as his eyes move toward Maan he stops smiling..."salla kahin ka...shadi hone ke baad main apna badla zaroor loonga iske saath...main tumhe Geet ke karan jehel raha hoon warna..." Maan gives him evil look and comes out of his thoughts when Geet nudges him to go inside.
He could see her parents working in the kitchen preparing food. As soon as they knew that he was there they came outside to greet him.
Geet mom: Hello my name is Rano I am Geet's mom...or yeh hai
Mohindar: I can introduce myself. My name is Mohindar...thank god you guys finally came..I am very hungry
Rano: Don't mind him ugh he is always hungry no matter what and also he is saying it because he made the food so whenever he prepares something he always want someone to taste it the next minute. (Maan to himself: "Now I know where Geet gets all the bickering from..like mother like daughter..")
Maan; no problem..I am hungry as well...
Mohindar: Arjun why don't you take Maan to the dinning room. I will be right back.
Rano: Yeah Geet and I will also join you both in a little bit..(before Geet could say anything Rano dragged her upstairs..Maan relcuentatly followed Arjun to the dinning room)
Arjun: here is your seat...Listen Mr.Khurana if you do anything to my sister you would have to answer to me. You don't know what I can do
Maan (stands in his usual style and looks at Arjun with anger...) what can you do? huh..show me..
Arjun (folds up his sleaves and jumps up and down like they do in boxing..): ohh yeah I will show you right now...come on if you are strong enough come on fight me...i dare you
Maan (smiles and looks this fingernails..) Are you sure about this?
Arjun: Yeah am sure come on am ready...(Maan punches Arjun without any hesitant but made sure not to hurt him...and just when Arjun was about to face Maan he punches Arjun again...)
Maan: Next time keep your eye on your target and don't move too much...(Arjun looks at him with shock...Maan sits down as he sees Geet coming with her parents...When he saw Geet in the saree he couldn't get his eyes off of her...she looked beautiful...)
Rano: Sorry it took so long..I had to make Geet change...
Mohindar: Alright Maan puttar which brandy do you like? I got two in case since I don't know your prefrence.
Rano: Kitni baar kaha hai naa piyo karo. apna kehal rakhna aata nahi hai aapko
mohindar: Tum ho na mera kehal rakhne ka toh phir tumhare hote hue mujhe kuch nahi ho sakta..(he winks at her..Rano hits him playfully) Maan beta but gotta tell you..you guys will have such a cute story to tell your kids..
Maan (chokes on his food): Excuse me?
Rano: Geet told us everything, I think it is so cute. Who does that nowadays right that too for love. Haaye..
Mohindar (clears his throat): Ms. Rano ji if you forgot you are married. Unfortunantly, I ended up being the scape goat.
Rano: Kya kaha aapne?
Mohindar (folds his hands): Ok ok am sorry. Anyway, back to the topic so Maan puttar we accept you and Geet. Nothing would make us happier knowing that Geet went to the right life partner who will always keep her happy.
Maan: Thank you. Arjun I hope you don't have any objections either. (Give Arjun an evil look)
Arjun (shakes his head no): No not all all as long as she is happy. (Both Maan and Geet look at each other smiling...)

Maan: hmm what? (Both were outside walking..holidng hands thinking about their life and their hopeless love story finally came to an end. Now they will be married soon. Desitny finally binded them together.)
Geet (she stops walking and looks at him): Promise me you would never change.
Maan (pulls her toward himself..): change?
Geet (she puts her arms around him): yeah don't ever stop being hopeless...I like our hopeless story and hope after marriage you would be the same
Maan:(he bends down kissing her slightly on her lips) after marriage i will become even more hopeless (he laughs..Geet hits him on his arm..) I love you
Geet:Me too my hopeless hero...(He dips her and both kiss away lost in each other with the moon and the stars being their witness...)
