Looks like I hit a nerve. Good.
Anyway, I, for one, would hate for Seema to come on here and read some of the comments. All the pious ladies riding on high horses trying their best to put Seema and her character down because of their apparent hatred. Disgusting does not even begin to describe this behavior.
There is a new disease affecting those with zero knowledge of music. SDS - Seema Derangement Syndrome. Physicians heal thyself.

R U for real The Ultimate...U make me laugh... Why would I degrade Seema. She is one of the top singer-contestant on this show. She has the talent to win. I am all for that.
Just b/c I write my views does not make it that I am not supporting her. People like you who cant accept other perspective-views.
I am not here to debate with you.
You may carry on. I think I may have hit a sensitive nerve...😆
Peace out

Everyone comes on this forum to put together their thoughts into perspective. It's written not to denigrate anyone least of all Seema who is only 17 yrs. old and a class singer. For me personally, she should be the winner, I know others think Nirmitee group should win, but I feel in their group there are 4 of them to support each other, while seema is single handedly holding the fort.
Now that I have cleared where I stand in terms of her singing, my views were on what is shown during the limited televised version of the programme. If and this is a big IF, something does go wrong during her career because of the undue attention showered on her before her career has even taken off, it would not matter to me nor to anyone of you on this forum, yes, everyone will tut tut and click their tongues that bechari it all went to her head, but everyone will move on in life. What everyone on this forum is saying is that Sonu N. and SLB inadvertantly could bring the downfall of a teenager even before her singing career has taken off. Now, all this is only hypothetical, perhaps she could be the next Shreya Ghoshal with an impeccable record, but we cannot forget what happened to that girl (I forget her name) who was mentored by Ismail Darbar and was hospitalized, and no I don't hold ID and Sonu N. in the same league, but impressionable girls do get carried away, specially if somebody like Sonu N. gives so much of attention to her. I don't agree on the "crushes" topic either, Sonu must be used to all the adulation that has been coming his way since way back when, we are only discussing the "mentors" who should be more responsible in their emotional display.
