misti ... needless to say .. love reading your thoughts ... due to personal commitments, was not able to watch but caught up by reading your and Angie's thoughts and the written updates

Watched some of the episodes ...

First of all, am totally disappointed ... this was such a golden opportunity for the creatives to give dev some powerful dialogues - either in his interaction with dadaji or alone by himself or with rads ... individually these could have been like the "haridwar" episode ... instead we had this 3 to 4 minute piece where half the time was devoted to showing daima and then padma interrupts them ... also, not showing rads going in and providing some kind of moral support to dev ... they totally short changed both the character of dev and Avinash and also Rubina

Avinash and Rubina are managing to steal the show even while not being given dialogues ... but it is sad that the show's makers are sabotaging their own show ... very delayed promos, no focus on leads emotions- when you can see that the way they treat other shows on the channel is different ...

they are showing only one dimension of dev and rad's personality ... dev behaving like lover boy and rads the shy bride ... there are so many other facets to their personality that are being ignored ... anyway i could go on and on ,,,

i am not even going to go into how much attention they are giving to the secondary characters ... that would not have seemed out of place if they had provided sufficient emotional closure with the leads emotions ...

wonder why the channel would do this to a show that could definitely be a leader for them in that time slot ... and why would they let down their lead actors who have basically given them TRps on a platter ... doesnt their success in turn translate into success for everyone involved behind the scenes? It is amazing to me that people could be bitter about the success of these young actors

as far as avinash and rubina are concerned ... my admiration for their acting prowess has grown immensely in the last few weeks when i see how they manage to steal the show despite being given very little by way of dialogues or screen time ... really hope they move on to bigger and better things soon ...
