Part 4: A Confusing Day For Maan

Saveetri Devi was sitting at the breakfast table with Geet's parents. In these few days she came to know a few things. Cinderellais not tortured here, she is the ruler. And her stepmom is not like Cinderella's. She loves Geet more than her own daughters. And her stepsisters. They are blind followers of their Geetdi. Well Geetis not totally opposite of Cinderella. Like Cinderella she cared for her family too. But in a different way.

Saveetri Devi: Where are the girls?

Maya [Geet's stepmom]: They are being ready for college. Will be here in a few minutes.

Being ready. Let's see they are ready yet or not. Saveetri Devi concentrated on them. Being a fairy she can see them from the breakfast table.

She saw Gunjan's room first.

She was standing in front of mirror wearing a sky blue dress and she was talking to her own reflection.

"Am I looking good?" She asked to the mirror. "Should I change this dress?"😕 Then she started to think something. "No." Finally she said. "Last time when I wore it Samrat said I am looking perfect." She smiled. "I am not gonna change it."

Now she concreted on Pari.

She was standing in front of mirror too wearing a violet dress. Combing her hair and singing loudly.

"Na na mujhe chu na na duur hi rehna
Pari hoon main
Pari hoon main
Mujhe naa chuuna
Pari hoon main"

Finally she concentrated on Geet's room.

She was also standing in front of mirror wearing a pink dress. She was talking with her own reflection too.

"How beautiful you are." She smiled. After a few seconds she gave own reflection a stern look. "You don't have any right to look this beautiful. There are others girls who want to look pretty too." Then again softly "I know dear it's not your fault."😉

This girl is totally' ok' almost totally opposite of Cinderella. She sighed.

"Good morning dad, Good morning mom, Good morning dadima." Three of them came downstairs.

"Good morning." Saveetri Devi smiled at them. "You went Khurana's yesterday? Did you enjoy?"

"Don't ask it."Geet yelled. "That Maan Singh Khurana. What does he think of own self?" She paused for a moment. "Dadima if you were a fairy you could see that dust Danav has nine extra heads."😡

Well that's what Geet thinks about Maan Singh Khurana. Oh no she sighed, and here she was thinking he could be her perfect Prince Charming. But now Geet hates him.😲

"Girls you are going to be late." Their father said.

"Dadima we don't have your mobile no." Gunjan said.

"Beta I don't have mobile." She did not need a mobile to contract with others in world of Fairytale.

"Koi baat nahin. We will go to mobile shop after college." Pari said.

"But I can't go today." Geet spoke. "I have to go to a friend's home after college."

"Toh phir hum bhi nahin jayenge." Gunjan replied.

"No no. you will go. And make sure she got the best mobile." She smiled.

After a few minutes three of them left for collage.

At Khurana Mansion

Maan was being ready for office.[Standing in front of mirror.]

"Budha? Do I look like a budha? Battamiz ladki." He paused for a few seconds. "By the way why I was fighting with that ziddi bachi? My home I have changed the dcor. I can do whatever I want here. I have acted like an immature guy. I should have stopped myself not fighting with her. After all she is just a kid."😆

He came downstairs. Dev and Samrat were going to college and making lots of noise. A servant handed a letter to Maan. It was a letter from their collage. He opened it.

"Hey you two." Maan said looking at them. "Listen to me." he said seriously. Then he shows them the letter.

"What is this?"

"A letter." Dev answered.😳

"Hmm. Do you know it's a letter form your collage?"

"NO. I didn't but now I know." He answered again. More confidently.

"Well it says you guys don't attend any lectures or any classes."

"I'm being late. I gotta go." Samrat was planning to run away from the field but Maan stopped him.

"Sure. You shold leave for college. But at first tell me you got to college everyday but why they sent this letter that you never attended any lectures?"

"Who said it bro?" Dev interrupted. "We attend Professor Shiela's class each and everyday. We attended it on yesterday too. I sat with Pari. Ask Samrat. He sat with Gunjan ask him."😕

"With Pari and Gunjan? Attend lectures with them? If I'm right they are specializing in Advertising and you guys are not. Right?"😲

"I'm seriously getting late." Samrat said again. "I told chasnmish [Gunjan]I will come early. But I'm already late. Geet will kill me."🤢 He sighed.

"Geet" He rolled his eyes. Not again. Is she a sherni that she will eat you alive?"😆

"You don't know her. Chashmish gonna complain her I'm late and she will eat me alive."🤢

"Uff! Now go." Maan yelled. "Now go. And if I get another letter that you guys are not attending your lectures'."

They didn't wait to hear what Maan was saying.

In their hurry to go to college they gave a push to Maan and his mobile fall on the floor which cause it to break.

"Oh no! Now I have to buy a new one again." He left for office.

Samrat and Dev reached college.

"Hey you two." This time it was Geet. "Listen to me carefully." She said in a low and cold tone. Then started to shout. "What does he think of himself huh?" She was talking about Maan.

"Aasmaan se aya hua koi farista? He is rude, arrogant and nosy, bossy too. Does not know how to talk to girls." She looked at them angrily. "Listen I'm saying [whatever Geet says is the ultimate truth] none will marry him if he behaves with girl like this." She said breathlessly and paused for a moment and said "Dust Danav." 😡After a few seconds she turned at Samrat and Dev. "And you two. You guys are late again. If you are late again I'm not going to allow you to date Gunjan and Pari. Understand?"

She left the place.

"Oh NO! We are late for our lecture again. Now again we have to hear bro's lecture." Dev sighed.

"Don't think about the future enjoy the present." Samrat smiled. "Let's attended Proffesor Shiela's Lecture. Waise bhi chashmish is waiting for me. I'm coming chashmish"

After college Pari and Gunjan went to mobile store with dadimaa. Maanwent to the same mobile store coincidently.

"Aare aap?" Maan smiled at dadimaa who was standing with Pari and Gunjan.

"kaise hain aap?" Dadimaa asked.

"perfectly fine." He smiled.

"I'm sorry for Geet di's'.." Pari was saying something but she was cut by Maan.

"It's ok I didn't mind. But I'm saying [ Whatever Maan Singh Khurana says is the ultimate truth too] if she remains like this like a ziddi bachi for the rest of her life none will marry her." He smiled.😊

"why don't you come for dinner today at us?" Gunjan asked. "Waise bhi Samrat and Dev do their dinner at us almost everyday. Come with them."

All were at Handa's for dinner sitting at dining table. Geet came home from her friend's house and started to shout

"Mom'. Hungry'.. khana do'.."😃

"Come' we were waiting for you. Maya replied." Geet smiled at her. Her smile faded when she saw Maan at the dining table. 😔She gave him an angry looks and took her sit between Gunjan and Pari.

After a few seconds Geet started to speak

"You know what happened today?"

"What?" Gunjan asked with interest.

"Dia is dating a guy." She replied.

"Hey it's a good news." Pari smiled.

"No. It's not." Geet answered.

"Why?" Pari and Gunjan asked together.

"The guy she is dating is a dust danav." She was saying it loudly so that other could her that. Specially Maan. "It's true. The guy hates colors. You know he has changed dcor of her perfect room. The guy always acts like he knows everything. Like he is the only intelligent guy on earth. Actually he acts like a budha. Khadus budha."😉

Maan leave her. She is just a kid. Ziddi bachi. He said to own self and tried to divert attention on other things. Not only Maan but Pari, Gunjan, Samrat and Dev were smart enough to understand whom Geet was talking about. They tried their best not to laugh.😆

Maan could not divert his attention as Geet started to speak again.

"Now see how nave Dia is. I always used to say her listen to me. Listen to someone who is more intelligent than you.👍🏼

At least she should tell me before dating someone. No. but she did not. Now see the result. She has picked a wrong guy for own self. Uff. Now what to do with it? Tell me could a girl date a guy like him? No I can't see my friend's life getting spoiled like that. I have to do something. I can't let her date a guy like Ravaan."😈

What could becghara Maan do expect listening Geet's never ending bakbak. The moment others divert their attentions on other things Maan eyes fell on her. She is such a pretty girl. As Maan's eyes fell on her she stuck her tongue out at him.😛

"Battamiz ladki."😡Maan whispered.

"Bro, kuch kaha aapne?" Dev asked.

"No."

After the dinner Geet, Gunjan,Pari,Dev and Samrat went to drawing room. They were watching movie and eating desert. Dadimaa joined them.

Maan was sitting on a sofa reading a business magazine. [I know it's yawningly boring.]

"Maan." It was Geet's father standing next to him.

"Huh?" Maan stand up.

"It's ok. Sit down." They both sat on sofa.

"Maan, you know Geet is specializing in PR. It's her final year."

"Hmm. I know."

" I guess you have came to know how bossy she is."

Maan didn't know what to say he just smiled looking at him.😊

"Well I'm coming to the point. She is gonna complete her course in next few months. If she joined my company as an intern she won't do anything but bossing around people." He paused for a moment. "I was thinking if she joined yours as an intern if you don't have any problem'.."

"No. I don't have any problem." Maan smiled at him.

"Thank you." He smiled back.

Maan and others reached Khurana mansion. Maan got a sms. It was from Armaan. Armaan Malick. Maan's cousin and childhood friend. He started to read the sms loudly.

Geet and company were sitting at Gunjan's room and chatting. At the moment Geet got sms from Ridhima. Her cousin. She read it and handed the mobile to Pari to read it.

"Hey.. Ridhima di is coming. It's a great news. She is your BFF(best friend forever)." Pari smiled.

"Yup! She and Armaan both are coming." Geet replied.

"They are just made for each other." Gunjan smiled.

"I know. But they are staying at Khurana's." Geet sighed. "Ridz wants me to stay with her for a few days. That means I have to stay with thet khadus budha."🤬

"Geet di you should stay with Ridhima di."Pari said.

"You thing so?"

"Hmm. She is coming for a few days. You should stay with her." Gunjan replied.

"Hmm. You are right. I will stay with Ridz."

Maan started to read the sms loudly. Hey Maan. I'm coming with Basket [Ridhima]. Gonna stay at yours for a few days.

The moment he finished Samrat spoke..

"Maan bhai we gotta go." Samrat and Dev were looking tensed as hell. They started to panick.

"Where?"😕

"Uzbekistan."

"Kyrgyzstan."

Samrat and Dev replied together.

Maan was totally confused. "What happened? Why are you guys acting like this?"😕

They didn't hear what he was saying as they were busy to pack their own things.

"Tell me what happened."Maan said again.😲

"Byeee." They left the place within a few minutes. Like a storm had went over the house. All were silent now. Maan was standing alone totally dumbstruck and thinking what the wrong happened?"
