Well, Shanti is not a very nice person. But it did make me think that whether they are showing Shanti knowing the truth about Dev being KK or not. Again it is not logical that she wouldn't know about it. That would be her first objection to Dev's engagement to Radhika. In the past, both Mansa and Radhika were adamant about Radhika marrying only KK. So she would bring that up as the objection to this wedding. But she never told Chanda that unfortuanately Dev turned out to be KK and so that is making me wonder.

Anyway, her words here were hint to me about the coming track. Otherwise, it would be her usual ranting at Radhika.

There is difference in Both the Dev here , previous Dev was the pampered son of the family , he was confident and rightfully did what he wanted to do , this time Dev has come out of being a servant to son of the family ...You do not become open in this short period ...Radhika was always was a person with few words and now ceremony is going on she will be sitting quite and Dev is also reserved , till now has not shown once Dev talking to his grand-father after the exposure then how can he would feel close to him...Friend taking initiative in the marriage ceremonies is not new, problem is viewers have to assume that Barkha knows about Radhika,s relations with her mother and sister , so was helping her , its her nature ... Its high time should show Dev,s confrontation with her grandfather , RP,s guilt accepting his mistake , bringing their bonding back ...In previous episode , Dev was hesitant to ask his grand father...Creatives need to show the scenes where both are talking , only then Dev can be free with his Grand-father ...Radhika is conscious about Shanti also , you never know what she might say next before RP family ...

Neerja, the question is not whether Dev is pampered or not. They had scenes that suited the situation and the scenario. So they showed the reactions of both positive and negative characters. They showed scenes of Dev and Radhika appropriately because afterall it was their engagement and others actions just revolved around their story.

But here I am talking about the scenes where Dev is asking Barkha to talk for him. So far he has never done that. He is reserved but not shy about showing his rights on Radhika. Previously, he backed down because of his obligations, but since the truth about Rohan came out he had considered Radhika his own. As much as he was feeling guilty about Padma, he shouted at Rohan in front of everyone when Rohan tried to put his claims on Radhika. He didn't care that the entire family was standing there.

Regardless of whether they showed a confrontation between Dev and Dadaji or not, now he is shown to be having the same relationship with Dadaji as before. He knows that Dadaji is ok with him meeting with Radhika before marriage. So again he could have asked directly and it would have gone more with his characterization than to ask Barkha to speak publicly in front of two conservative families. That didn't go with his characterization shown so far.

(As far as sabotaging the show, I don't know if someone is intentionally doing it. But why else they would alienate viewers by not showing emotional scenes involving leads and showing one side character repeatedly. All the top shows dedicate several episodes to a major track and give tonnes of scenes to their leads. Here it was not so.)
Angie if you watch the other show of the same house , its moving forward smoothly , giving time to every character , who is fighting his/ her own battles , not in a hurry , nothing is left to viewers to assume ...But some kind of problem with this show , many times you are left with something is missing...Here leads are not given enough time to converse , to share their fears , their pain , let down by the RP..Nothing ...
