Anup Soni loves his role in 'Balika Vadhu'

Talented and versatile actor Anup Soni who shot to fame with 'Sea Hawks' and 'Saaya', continues working both in films and television. He is currently working in the hugely popular serial 'Balika Vadhu' on Colors and Crime Patrol (TV series) on Sony. His performance in the serial has been appreciated a lot.

Anup Soni is all praises for director Prakash Jha in whose film 'Aarakshan' he has done a role. Anup says that Prakash Jha is one of the most organised and responsible filmmakers, and he does a lot of research before doing any film. Anup had earlier appeared in the director's films 'Gangajal' and 'Apharan'.Speaking about his role as a Dad in 'Balika Vadhu', he says that the role is enough to keep him going, besides hosting a crime series. Anup adds that he doesn't mind playing a Dad to the 20 year olds as Balika Vadhu is a much more organised show now that it has been around for four years. He loves his role as it is very challenging and sends out a message to the people.
