Hi Aarthi, Its very true that she has changed. The old Panchi due to her good upbringing,her surroundings, and clarity in her life, was able to have a strong positive personality. But when she knew of Danish's truth of cheating Maya, she was heartbroken. She really loved Danish and Danish also had some feelings for her, though he flirted with others and abused Maya. However she decided to move on and met Siddharth,
Siddharth, handsome, casanova,a person whom you cannot ignore easily and unconsciously would crave for his attention. Her ego was hurt, when he was ignoring her and using her to flirt with other ladies. Though she felt whatever he was doing was disgusting, she could not but admire him and could not resist his charm. She felt so insecure when she saw Piya with Siddharth. Her jealousy was such that she could not behave in a sensible manner and started hating Piya.
Panchi, a girl of values, had fallen for Siddharth, and her personality slightly degraded. And just when she was dreaming of her married life with Siddharth, she was in for a rude shock, that he was not even a human but a monster. He had used her to hurt Piya. This is more than enough for a person to loose senses. She would definetely have felt guilty that her parents are also upset with the fact that her marriage got broken twice. With no one to guide her properly in her situation, her anger, agitation, frustration made her to do whatever she felt and not caring about others. This would be one of the times, when you feel that the entire world is against you and you are not answerable to any one.
While she enjoyed the attention of guys, she was also not serious in her involvement. So she insulted Neil when he expressed his love for her. The way her engagement took place with Neil is the most idiotic thing which can happen to a person. But when she went to break the engagement, Neil gave her a shock that he was no longer interested in her but would avenge her for insulting him, by turning down the proposal at the last minute. He even mentioned the disgrace her family would face that too after the first two proposals broke. This is more than enough to take whatever sense she had left in her. After this, he had been confusing her as being a good guy sometimes and behaving badly some other times. She could not share this with her father as it would upset him, nor did her mother allow her to break the engagement for keeping the family honour. When things are all perfect, you tend to be perfect. But when things go for a worse, you definetely need a good friend or a guide to go through the bad phase.
Now coming to Abhay. When Abhay saved Piya twice in the camp, both Panchi and Misha could sense that there was something between them and wanted to help them to be able to express to each other. But on the other hand too many things happened between Abhay and Piya, that Panchi or Misha could not know if they really loved each other or hated each other. When Abhay proposed Piya and Siddharth proposed Panchi, she was very happy. But again as Abhay asked Piya to not to reveal their relation, Piya said that she is fed up of Abhay for his mood swings. Later when the truth was revealed about Piya's identity and Piya got hurt, it was only Abhay who reacted immediately and took the responsibility of Piya. After Misha and Piya's patch up when Misha was pulling Piya's leg about her Sasur Mr. Raichand, Piya shut her down that she had nothing to do with Abhay (as she was upset with him that he bit her and was hiding more facts from her about his brother). So every one would be confused about Abhay, Piya's relation except that it landed Piya into a great suffering whenever they were convinced that they love each other. So with no flaw from Piya's side, they naturally blamed Abhay for being non committal and for confusing Piya and playing with her emotions. No one except Piya and Abhay knew what was between them. Panchi and Misha felt that Piya was in love with Abhay and only Abhay was behaving badly with her. When Piya lost her memory, Abhay was no where to be seen. But Piya did not stop asking questions about Abhay. According to them, Piya was in love with Abhay and he never cared for her feelings that he just left her one fine day without telling anyone. Naturally they were telling all bad about him to divert Piya's attention. But when he suddenly reappeared and displayed the air of attitude that he no longer cared for Piya, where as Piya was still pining with him, they simply wanted to keep Piya away from him not even caring how low they have stooped. If they knew that
Abhay and Piya loved each other and wanted to be together, both Panchi and Misha would try to help them. Now they are just acting dumb, immature, without even judging what is in the mind of Piya, or really trying to analyse the situation and keep themselves away leaving it to Piya and Abhay to decide. They are behaving like programmed toys that keep Piya away from Abhay and do whatever you feel best to keep her away. They are following this blindly without even wanting to know the truth. Leave alone rational thinking, here thinking itself seems to be absent.
Situations and surroundings in life make a person very wise or very dumb. (Ofcourse in this track, the dumbness has reached its heights. Its just like people are without any brains and just keep on singing that I am protecting Piya, I am protecting Piya, not even knowing what they are protecting her from. Is it from Abhay, or is it from heart break).
