arnav aware of shyam??

Guys I watching past few episodes, where arnav saves khushi from the guest house... Well when he takes khushi home and is told to leave by Payal n bauji. As arnav is walking out, he hears shyams name mentioned by payal and he stops and thinks. Now could it be arnav is aware that Shyam is living with khushi n co??? I mean am confused at the moment with the whole shyam track. So when I watched this episode the thought came to mind. Please write ur thoughts on this... Thanks guys
