Reaction of A and G in almost same situation

My last thread lost its direction😉 and i think expecting such heavy things from a village girl, not much educated will be too much according to me😊. so i m concentrating in this thread purely on the reaction of two, Anandi and Gouri, in the almost same situation.

Oh boy! Here we go again. Yes Ankit, your last thread took a somewhat of a philosophical route which personally I do not care for in the context of the actual BV story.

I would like to think that I am spiritually enlightened enough to realize that all our experiences are MAYA (illusion) and we should try to remain unmoved by pain or pleasure and keep our sights firmly on MOKSHA but that is not the reality for majority of humans.

We are affected by our experiences, be it pain or pleasure. We do cry or laugh or anything in between.

My stance is live and let live. If anyone cannot suffer emotional fools lightly, then why others have to suffer emotionless fools lightly???

In the case of our Protagonist and Antagonist:

I think Desidevi put it perfectly. She pointed out that Gauri is the enabler of the cheating spouse. She continually supports Jagya's duplicity and subterfuge by refusing to take him to task or refusing to leave him. She continually bemoans her childhood balvivah rejection, bemoans the pain her parents felt and goes around trying to emotionally force everyone to accept her YET she is loved and considered to have 'moved on' from her childhood trauma all because she is a modern, sari draping doctor. What a joke. She never misses an opportunity to regress and cry over spilt milk YET she is admired for being strong.

Anandi, does not dwell on how she has been wronged, nor does she overtly seek out her oppressors to question them or bemoan her fate. She never asked for pity for herself or her parents. She has been steadfast in her belief that "if you love someone, you let them go. If they come back, they are yours, if not then they never was". If that does not denote MOVING ON then I don't know what does. She does not shout and scream and force people towards her point of view. She calmly interacts, selflessly. And that is what wins MAJORITY of the people over.

We can all try to live like the lotus flower in the muck. Keep our feet firmly rooted in this material world (muck) but interact with kindness, selflessness (beauty of lotus flower) with the rest of the inhabitants of this world. In theory this is a noble thought. But it is easier said than done. And because there are so few people like this in the world, we should look at a fictional character like Anandi as a role model and not denounce her at every opportunity we get just because one thinks Gauri looks hotter.

to the topic starter: didn't see anyone really writing the kind of stuff u're mentioning here about Anandi. ..there're people who are not sympathizing with her due to different reasons, but not sympathizing with someone, doesn't mean demeaning someone...anyways you might've seen posts that I havent seen...so won't go too much in detail here.😊

Also there is a way everyone chooses to live their life...in your previous thread you asked about how people would choose to react in real life...and a lot of us did share a lot of views, and the reasons behind what and why they think...sorry if they were not upto mark or not in expected taste.

Anyways to stop your precious thread from being spoilt again will stay out of those and not reply to any other post..😳

The girl is just not stupid but completely un-intelligent! I mean the female who let you stay in her house with her legal husband didn't do any harm to you when you were in front of her will try to harm you when you're away! 🤣 She truly has no idea whats right and whats wrong, whose trustworthy and whose not! Lagta hai itne saalo mei kuch sikha hi nahi! Uska ghamand chur chur ho gaya to dard hua par Anandi ki itni insult ki uska to use ehesas tak nahi hua. Still she is only thinking about herself...Not how Anandi must have felt...not about how the family must have tolerated her but just about her! 👏 👏

And its true...education gives you knowledge, shows you a way to differentiate between right and wrong but your experience and upbringing makes you the person you become.
