Great post - i agree with eveything you said. i am not an active member also - i visit religiously everyday to read and "like" comments but i dont really participate.
But i had to comment as your views mirror mine and i wanted to endorse everything you said. At the end of the day it is our fault (the viewers) that the show has dropped in ratings and ranking on the chaskameter. I am also fed up of the Gurmeet bashing and the Drashti bashing.
People need to realise that both of them acting together is what made this show top of the ranks. It is our fault that we are not getting any gurti interviews offscreen because we (the fans) are the ones who started the rumor in the first place and made them uncomfortable. That is why gurti have to resort to "damage control".
For those who are bashing Gurmeet - how would you feel if the channel decided to replace him with another male lead?
For those who are bashing Drashti- how would you feel if the channel decided to replace her with another female lead?
It would suck i know!
I also dream of them being together in real life but i know in my heart it is not possible. If it comes true then i would be most happy but till them i will fantasize about it in my head.
