I think you are right...

me 2 thought bt wanted to clear my mind...bt in ther wrds had nthn to do so thought of makng a topic...

It may be that initially they wanted to show it that way and later changed their minds. Because Adi was actually clearing out Geet's things but then they have now decided to Keep get in office so they may have dropped this line. That can be the only plausible explanation I can think of.

Usually the promos just show what is gonna happen but it never really comes exactly as the promo shows it, like Nandini wedding promo it actually never really reached the actual wedding but Maan was able to stop it like he said in the promo. Here adi or maybe it'll be someone else who unknowingly gives Maan the clue about his past like maybe a pic coz tht seems the most obvious way to get the truth out. Whether Maan gets to c it is another thing coz the promo indicates he's really close to finding the truth out but then Geet comes in the promo and it says tht will she have to wait more. Maan is holding the clue or pics CD but his and geets picture is facing away from him so either he's gonna get close or get several clues to something being hidden form him. In the precap geet tries to stop him and shouts about a file maybe he took the wrong file or the file he took might have some clue to his and geets relationship, let c what happens on Monday. With Jugnu there as well the chances of Maan finding out about the past are higher, he could spill the beans if he himself actually remembers or if he still has the video recording of Maan and Geet from Amritsar he could show it to Maan , i dunno anything could happen. Also with this new mysterious lady in Dev's life many r thinking its NT, hell she could even spill the beans if its truly her. Lets c what happens

i think Geets promos are usually symbolic and not verbatim representation of the actual epi... which is good in a way that it keeps up the curiosity factor.!!

there should be a new promo soon...
