In front of Ms Sharma's gate, the car of Daksh has halted, and with the open bonnet, has discovered that the battery has gone down. The children from Ms Sharma's class come to take their ball, which has hit the car, and now is in the possession of Daksh. Later the teacher too comes, and Naina discovers she is her old dance teacher. The teacher is under the delusion, that Daksh is in fact Abhimanyu Kulkarni. As they get more

acquainted, Naina introduces Daksh as her best friend, and the teacher wants to know where Abhimanyu is, but they stare at each other, and then Naina tells her that she will tell everything once they go inside the house. Daksh wants to check the battery, and the kids offer to help him, and the teacher and Naina walk into the house.
In the house, Naina tells her teacher, all that went on before, and the teacher is very understanding. She tells her how she came to know

about Daksh, on a train in Darjeeling, when he was sitting on her favorite seat, and the teacher notices how much he has influenced her, and though she was married to Abhimanyu, her mind is on Daksh, and she draws this to her attention. She compares our minds to a pressure cooker, and by going to Lonavla, the steam has blown off, and now she can continue her life with ease. Daksh manages to start the car, and all the children help in giving it a run, and in the process Daksh injures his hand. They all go into the house, and when Naina sees blood oozing from the hand of Daksh, she brings in medication to dress his wound. Even though he makes light of it, she shows great tenderness and the teacher watches her and recalls the childhood of Naina. Naina sees the tender side of Daksh, as he cajoles the girls to drink their milk, and the kids oblige due to his kindness to them. One girl, with a doll, complains that the one of the boys hurt her doll, and he is made to say sorry to her, and the quarrel is nipped in the bud. The teacher, compares this girl to Naina, who in her childhood too was very exhuberent, and had a doll, which she never parted from, and was very possessive of the things which were hers. Daksh sees a similarity and mentions about it, and Naina too says, she never saw the tender side of Daksh before. Somehow, the teacher tells them, how things work in life and in reality.
Naina wants to inform home, about their being here with her teacher, and Daksh tells her that he has already done that.In this encounter, Daksh and Naina see one another's good points, which they never saw before, and with the help of the teacher, they come to know each other better.
At home Vibha is thankful, that her children are o.k. She informs Sonakshi and her mother too, that things are under control, but Sonakshi is upset, because Daksh did not call her. When her mother tries to explain to her, that he is with Naina, and she is his best friend, her daughter gets upset, and the mother tries to persuade her, that she is just engaged to be married, and that does not diminish the fact that Daksh had other friends before her. She tells her daughter that her attitude, injures her more than it does others, and asks her to be more flexible.
In the pre-cap, Vibha tells her husband to tell Sanket to bring Rohini back. In Lonavla, the teacher tries to bring Daksh and Naina closer to each other, and helps them, in understanding the other.
