I think that Suraj may agree to yuv's condition of marrying Juhi, as someone had said that in a promo or something, Bhoomi asked Suraj if he loved Manasvi or not and he said he did not.

I think suraj will agree but will not go through with it.

This means Yuv is being greedy and looking at the wealth side of things and not peoples feelings. This is a plan that i am not sure Yuv is capable of thinking this out - somebody has brain washed him.
