Exactly so, how can Gauri's parents be so oblivious towards her condition? It is their duty as parents to make Gauri understand that she has done a big mistake by marrying a much married Jagya.

I think Gauri's tendency to cling to Jagya despite of knowing him to be a cheater is basically due to the fact that she herself is very lonely- has no support of family or friends. I feel pity for her, she should take a lesson or two of courage and dignity from Anandi.
