Agreed with the topic opener and good point that you brought out , that its depression, and a lot of grief and pain thats making her talk slowly. As some other times we have seen her speak really fast : )

It's not easy for a girl who talk fast in normal life...to talk slow and act as abused and hurt wife..it's hard... I watched couple of Prats interview...she talks fast...so I think she is using her talent to talk slow, act strong even hurt internally.

As I wrote in very earlyer ...DO NOT COMPARE \Avika with Prats...they are 2 different people...2 different identity portraying same character (ANANDI). And Avika played first...and Prats have to adopt Avika so she has to work hard to be like Avika at the same time she is paying older Anandi...so as we get older our thinking, living style change also again I will say everyone change with time, and situation.

How sad it is that some people find the portrayal of pain and depression as boring and bad speech delivery.😳

How is it that the same actor is emoting differently?

Anandi was a bubbly, enthusiastic girl before Jagya went to Mumbai. After Jagya left she was hardly happy and hence started becoming depressive. First she missed Jagya terribly, then she was heartbroken with Jagya's ragging incident, after that Jagya's attitude started changing towards her and he would abuse her, then the distance increased, the Mumbai incident happened, Anandi fell ill and now the final break up and Jagya's remarriage. The girl has been going through mental torment for months together, when did she get a chance to be without pain after Jagya left for Mumbai? Then how can we expect her to act like a spirited girl?
