Hi you wouldn't have expected me so soon . I used to update once a week. Today I had a little leisure time so i thought of giving you an update.

Part 9

It has been two day maan was admitted in the hospital.. geet packed all his stuff. Doctor came in for the final checkup.

"Mr.khurana, how are you feeling right now" doctor asked maan as he gave him a final check up.

"now I am fine doctor" he gave a slight smile.

"is everything normal doctor.can we take him home today??" geet questioned the doctor as he was busy with his process. Geet was impatiently awaiting for his reply.

The doctor gave a contented smile to geet while removing the stethoscopes from his ears.

" yeah mr. khurana is absolutely normal. Take care of his meds and diet. Complete rest for a next few days. Nothing to worry. " the doctor filled his report and retired to his room.

" can we go maan??? dadi is waiting for us outside???" geet extended her hand to maan. maan walked to the car by leaning on to geet. Then thay seated inside the car. Dadi began as she took her seat next to maan.

"maan bete!! I was so worried when you heard your accident. But geet took a good care of you. It was because of her prayed that your fine. I will fix your marriage as soon as you are fine. I don't want to postpone it further" she kissed maan's forehead. Maan was very confused. " geet aur mere shaddi. Maan what happened to you. When did you love geet. Why geet is not answering anything. Whether dev and geet broke up but why???" there was several question is his mind he knew that only person who can answer him is geet. He looked at her confused. She nervously figetted her duppatta.

They reached the house. Annie took aarthi for maan.

" bhai,,, you go and take rest. I will send the soup through geet" annie placed atilak on maan's forehead. Nakul helped maan to his room.

In maan's room

Maan was lying on his bed with his eyes closed. Geet enetered the room with a tray in her hand. Maan heard the click of the door and he opened his eyes. Geet placed the tray on the table. She came near maan and lifted hinm. She placed his head carefully on the head rest. He relaxed a bit. She took the soup bowl to feed him.

"geet atleast can you say what's going on here??and where is dev?? Why he didn't come to meet me??"

Geet doesn't want to stress him with all this stuff.

"hmmm maan you just relax' stay cool' I need to explain you certain things. Dev broke my trust'" she just began the story how maan took her from hoshiarpur. How the family members misunderstood it. She looked in his eyes whether he is fine . he assured her to continue. Then she also told him how dev got engaged to nt andrest of the story till their fight " maan we tried to fight with each other to fool others and break our engagement. Then you left the house in the car as if you are angry. Then you met with an accident on the way." she let a sigh of relief after saying the truth to him. Maan was a little confused." Maan are you ok??????"

"geet!!!! Dev left you and we are going to geet married in a while"""

She couldn't say anything. She herself was confused with what was going around her.

"geet can you give me some time to think. I have to decide certain things" she nodded her head and exited the room. He watched her leave the rom. Then he closed his eyes for awhile to clear himself what was happening around him. He tossed on his bed. It beame late when he slept with a contended smile'
