What if it was the other way around...?

Now I may be sounding wierd but I was wondering what if the actors playing Shyaam and Arnav were swapped. What if our sexy Arnav was infact Shyam and the chinky Shyaam played Arnav. Do you think then that our views towards the either characters would be different?

Hello! Can't believe I'm saying this given how hot I think Barun is as Arnav, but to me, my objection to Shyam is totally on the character (IF) he is a womanising cheating perv. We all (well most of us) react to what an actor/actress portrays so for me whoever played shyam, if they showed they were cheating on a loving caring wife and trying to letch over an innocent girl, I would detest them 😊. The alternative to me is that we go solely on looks/ charisma and not on character whereas I feel that good looking is as good looking does and can totally vouch from personal experience that just because someone is good looking, rich etc etc, it does not necessarily prevent them from being a sadistic creep 😊

I guess it would still be Arnav. But alot of me still loves Barun, so whatever character he essays i'll still like him. I'll just think what a hot villian we have 😉

I'd still support Arnav, but I'd beg him to get a decent haircut.

When a new actor do a charactor be it positive or negative for a first time in a screen that effect is forever impression. If a character is too positive or absolute negative we love them most. Barun's first charactor or as shravan left a positive impact in mind.so i don't care if it is other way around. My mind is keep telling me at some point he will become positve. For abass mehta i don't have this effect. I m seeing 4 first time. But if i saw him again in a positive node in some other show i will suspect him for he may turn bad due shaym effect.

oh well...it wudnt stop me from admiring BS at times(..cant imagine him leching!!)...though i would root for ASR & at times wonder @ CT's choice!!
