driver. The cart driver asks how long they are married, and Daksh tells him, "six months", and when Naina hears it she says that he is not my husband, The driver says, that his wife says the same. On the way, Daksh places his hand on Naina's shoulder, to balance himself, lest he fall out of the cart, and the cart driver's wife, remarks that even if his wife says she is not, the very fact he tenderly places his hand on her shoulder shows that he is her husband. Daksh tries to explain to Naina in Hindi, the reason why he placed his hand, as he was afraid he would fall outside. It is drizzling, and Daksh places his hand so that the rain drops do not fall on Naina.

They reach the cart owner's home, and the cart driver, gives Daksh dry clothes, and his wife gives her dry clothes to Naina and tells Daksh to give them to her. Daksh quietly goes to the room where Naina is drying her hair, and gives her the dry clothes. Naina is sullen and stubborn. Daksh tells her that he is patient with her, as he has promised his mother, he will take care of her till she reaches home, and in the house of the cart driver, they celebrate his son's marriage, with dance and song. He is happy to have them as his guests. They see how the simple village folks celebrate a marriage without any glamor and show.

Daksh sees Naina in the village saree, and admires her. She is shy and sad. The cart driver's wife thinking that Naina is feeling shy, tells them that she has decked her with their jewelry. She sees Daksh and tells Naina that her husband looks at her with love, and takes her to Daksh, and tells him, to take care of his wife. A villager comes to join the celebration of couples, and Daksh tells them, that even if they are from the city, they will join them. Naina argues with Daksh but he tries to convince her that it is just to share the happiness with those who did them good and saw that they had a roof over their head, a shelter for the night, and food to eat. Naina tells that lie is a lie. The villagers come and take Daksh and Naina.
Sonakshi is very upset, and her mother tells that Daksh will be safe. She is cranky and tells her that her future husband is out with another woman. She is offended that he has ignored her. Joshi, comes and asks if Daksh came back and Sonakshi tells him that he is out with his friend. and mother asks "what proof do you have?", and the father asks why he had to take Naina to that wedding of a man, who rejected her and tells that his profession deals in finding truth. He is angry, and wants to find what lies behind all this. In this Sonakshi and her father are in the same camp.

The villagers tell Daksh about their ceremony, and the hostess tells Naina that by doing this, their love will increase. She asks, if his love for you grows, why does she have any objection. This is a test of love. They tell Daksh, that if he fails to find his bride's hand from hidden behind the curtain, it is a bad omen, but if he finds, then it is a blessing and their love will be stronger. Daksh sees this beautiful custom in the village for the first time, and Naina being from another part of the country has some difficulty to adjust to this.
Daksh participates, and is sure that he will find Naina's hand. Naina is demurely waiting with her hands protruding them from below the curtain with the other brides. The hostess tells Daksh not to catch the wrong hand, as it will be very bad. He is careful. and Daksh says, that he knows the hand. Daksh tells the hosts that if he has to think before holding his wife's hand then there is something wrong with his love for her, and he is self assured, and Naina has a half smile on her face. There is a suspense, as the villagers wait for Daksh to find the hand. For the outcome, you will have to wait for Monday.
In the pre cap, Shyamal speaks to Akruti and tells her that the boys family is coming to see her tomorrow. - and in the village, the wedding party is going on, with the "Find the bride's hand" ceremony. with the guests participating in dance and song.
The scene portrays the diversity in our country, in its practices of a very common family celebration: The Wedding. How the city folk, use it to prove their status, and the village folk, use it to cement the relationships in the family and the village. Which do you think, is more beautiful?
