most important thing I would look for in an relationship :

1 Love, Trust n Respect - without all this u can't live together with.😊

age difference, Looks, Money, Position in society🤢 is not most imp things 2 keep reletion with.....

trust and respect....nothing beats it by a long streach...not even love which is second in list with money on the third. the age diff between man and women is also a factor bcoz of different rates of maturity and understanding shown in relationships(man are said to lag by 3 to 4 years). rest looks and position are not important at all though they do help sometimes.
