the way simran was concerned for arya while he is in the hospital what do you think

is simran in love with arya ??? or is she just concerned about him ???

or do you think she is in love but not expressing it anyway........!!!

well i dun think soo..simran is only concerned coz arya is her good friend n as far as luv is concerned ..if she really luved him den she wouldnt pretend 2 be his wife but would ve actually married him.

i reckon that she loves him, but hasnt realised it herself yet. but since he got hurt and she said to God, that now they're no longer faking it then maybe she is coming to know of it.
