Detailed Update for Geet HSP - 20th July 2011

July 20, 2011.

Good afternoon all..

Yesterday we saw that MSK is back in his old self again who was Dushta Danav MSK and Maan Sir for Geet.

Though we do really feel bad that he is being outright rude and mean to Geet and Geet is hurting too much. But at the same time we know that Geet is not the person to stay much longer in self pity.

She will simply bounce back... take that as a challenge and try to revoke the memory at every chance she gets.

She is bound to feel hurt at some point or other as in last 1 and years and she had been treated like a princess by Maan and he has fulfilled her every wish and desire no matter what. So now that he has forgotten those days and her connection with him he will totally ignore and treat her rudely as before but it is going to be hard for Geet is now too used to be pampered by Maan all the time...

So let's see how this all takes place and as now Maan has revert back to his Dushta Danav image.. and how our Geet makes him once again her beloved Maan.

So here we go for today's detail updates...

Part 1:

Khurana Mansion:

Dev walks in his room may be listening something on his phone and his right hand still in the sling. He walks near the window and turns to look out. Through parting in the net curtain his gaze falls on Nando talking with Adi.. He moves closer to the window and slides the curtain bit more to look at Nando. His gaze fixed on Nando and with the Dev's BG music playing on.. His face breaks into smile while looking at her talking to Adi who is explaining something to from the file...

While Dev is totally engrossed in drooling over Nando.. Dear Dadima walks behind him. She sees him preoccupied and looks over his shoulder to see what he is looking at. Seeing Nando she smiles and shakes her head lovingly and then taps on his shoulder. Dev is startled and turns back to see dadima looking at him with her eyebrows dancing in question. Being caught red handed Dev quickly turns and walking away from window starts looking at his phone. But dadima is not the one to leave things unsaid. She says son what were you looking outside the window through the curtain? Dev makes an excuse and averting his eyes says oh nothing.. I was just watching that since bro has come back he has put the staff back at work. So I was just watching if every one is working. Dadima says looking innocent... son if you are so interested in how the staff of your brother work then go outside and participate. Why are you standing inside your room? Dev turns to go and says ok I will do exactly the same. Dadima smiles at that and says by the way son she really likes you a lot. Dev fumbles and stammers a bit and says whom are you talking about? Dadima puts her hand on Dev's shoulder and turns him to her and says at least do not pretend in front of me. Dev just could not meet her gaze and tries to look somewhere else. But dadima is right on the target she looks at him and says I am only talking about the person whom you really like. Dev looks at dadima and dadima says with a smile... Nandini... Dev smiles sheepishly. Dadima says she is a good girl and she loved you a lot.. Dev smiles at that but says softly no dadima there is nothing like that. She just had a break up few days back and may be she was in love with that guy too.. Dadima listens to this and says son I do not know about what happen earlier but I know one thing for now that she loves you a lot.. Dev being modest tries to deny and says no dadima... but dadima cuts him off saying please do not argue on this topic with me because you won't win the argument with me. Then she smiles at her grandson who was feeling bit uncomfortable saying my experience tells me that her eyes only see your dreams. Dev looks at his dadima and smiles.. Dadima smiles broadly at him and caresses his cheek lovingly and leaves the room. Dev smiles at that and looks hopeful saying I hope you are right dadima.

Geet is walking from the living room toward their bedroom moving with a heavy heart... She comes and stands at the door with tearful eyes and glances in the room remembering the happy moments spend with her Maan. She remembers the blanket tug incident and a tender smiles comes on her face with tears still floating in her eyes.. and then she recalls recent incident of Maan asking her about her name and telling her that she has to call him not Maan but Maan sir. She feels hurt to her core but she just takes that all in and walks in the room. Dadima just enters the living room and sees Geet walking in her bedroom. She wanted to go to her but Dev also walks in the living room asking if she is going to Geet. Dadima nodes her head little sadly and says yes son. She needs our support... dadima's eyes are filling with tears she says looking at Geet that we need to let her know that she is not alone in this difficult time of her life. Tears are falling from her eyes as she feels Geet's pain. Dev comforts dadima and puts his hand on her hands saying Dadima I know that and also know that Geet is like a daughter to you. And seeing her like this you must be hurting a lot.. Dadima just nods her head. Dev then continues saying but dadima if we keep on going to Geet like this feeling sorry for her and thus making her realize this helpless situation more and more then she will be hurt more and will be more devastated. Dev continues saying Dadima she has to fight a long battle and that is also alone. Dadima's eyes just look at Geet longingly... Dev continues saying we have to support her but staying in back ground but she has to fight this fight alone. It was hard for dadima to leave her daughter Geet alone but at the same time she understands what Dev is trying to say and she silently nods her head controlling her sobs.

Part 2:

Dev continues saying... She has to become her own strength. Dadima nods her head but she silently cries her heart out. Very tenderly Dev wipes dadima's tears with one good hand. He continues.. Geet may be delicate but she is not weak. He says she knows how to fight with the circumstances. She has done that in her life. Tearfully Dadima nods her head. Dadima feels comforted. She then tells Dev that he also should think about his own life the way he is thinking so deeply for others. Dev gravely says dadima I have never thought about others earlier in my life. Dadima shakes her head tearfully. Dev continues saying this is the 1^st time I am trying to think about others. He looks at dadima lovingly saying with a slight smile.. dadima if you are happy then I am happy too. Dadima looks at him saying son my happiness is in all of you. The she walks away cupping his cheek lovingly but then she turns back looks at him and walks back to him and holding his hands lovingly she says with teary smile.. she is a good girl and do not take too much time in taking your decision. Seriously Dev looks at her smiling face while she walks away with a smile. Dev looks pensive after she is gone...

Maan's room:

Maan is in his room pulling out Geet's cloths angrily from the closet and throwing them on the floor. First he throws the ornament boxes and then he pulls few cloths from the hanger and throws them on the floor shouting at the servant that he has been away for few days and his bedroom has become the store room. He then angrily asks servant as whose cloths are these? The servant says some Guest. Maan angrily says that it should be in the outhouse and not in my bedroom. He then angrily looks at the servant saying even if the guest has come why these cloths in my closet. He says sorry sir.. Maan says angrily.. again sorry.. and he looks at him saying do not make this mistake again or no one will be worse then me. He stands there with his hands on his hips looking angrily at the cloths saying throw this out right now... and almost half shivering the servant picks up the cloths from the floor and puts in the suitcase. Still really angry but in a calmer voice he says listen there are few more cloths in the other closet... take those too. The servant says yes sir and goes to the closet and opens the door and an album and a picture falls out of the closet. Maan who was still standing there with his hands on his hips and looks toward him with the sound of something falling and mumbles saying you cannot do anything properly. Then he looks at the man picking up the album from the floor and before he picks up the picture from the floor he says give me that. The servant picks up the picture which was the one when Maan went to pick up Geet from the parlor just before the wedding... the servant brings it to Maan and hands him the picture but it slips from his hand before Maan could hold it. Exasperatedly he looks at this clumsy servant and without a word points him toward the door saying go now. The man says yes sir and walks back to the closet. Maan bands down to pick up the picture and was about to turn it with his other hand and Adi knocks on the door. He asks permission to enter and Maan says come in Adi. And then without looking at the picture he tells the servant to throw the picture too.. The servant takes the picture and some more stuff from closet and walks out. Maan waits for Adi to speak.. Adi stammers and says that all the preparation for tomorrow's meeting has been completed. He adds that he has instructed client also about the agenda and discussion of the meeting. Maan looks at him and says very good. Maan then says ok then we will meet tomorrow.. and yes one thing all the work should be done properly. Adi says alright sir. And there is an awkward silence between them and adi steps toward Maan saying ok sir I will take your leave. Maan stops him saying listen and points toward the door saying the door is on the other side. Adi mumbles good night and with downward gaze walks out to the door...

(Please do not kill me for this next part of Dev and his talk with his conscious and mind... Gosh it was more then 5 full minutes... but as it is the part of the episode I had to write it.. :)))) )

Dev is slowly coming down to the curvy stair thinking deeply. He remembers dadima's words about Nandini saying she is a good girl and she loves you deeply. He is thinking that dadima said those things with such a confidence that nandini loves... then he thinks oh gosh how do I know that... I wish that my conscious would tell me what I think is right or wrong. What should I do? ... and as if his conscious comes to tell him looking like a confident Dev wearing a jacket... Dev when do you listen to your inner voice?... I am telling you since long to talk to her and you would know the facts easily... Dev looks little confused asking who are you? His conscious tells him.. what are you talking about don't you see the mirror every morning.. Dev says you mean... his conscious tells him exactly.. You were talking about your inner voice so I thought I would come out and meet you... Dev as if is talking to his confident self. The conscious asks him.. now tell me what is the matter? Dev says that is what I am confused about is that how would I know that Nandini loves me or not? There should be some trick some formula to let me know those facts... his conscious just shakes his head at his dilemma... Dev says what should I do? His conscious tells him that it is very simple. Just talk to her and you would know the truth. Dev says no I cannot do that. What if she feels bad about it? I really do not want to upset her and if.. if she rejects my love then? The conscious says yes now that is the possibility too but then you will just let this time fly by you.. and in love waiting means waste of time.. Dev agrees with his inner self saying yes dadima was telling me the same things.

Part 3:

Oh gosh now another persona of Dev appears on the scene... now his mind...

Which tells him to listen to his voice as his place is above the heart... dev is listening to all these arguments within him. He says ok now my brain go ahead.. The brain tells him that on the next meeting he should take Nandini for a long drive or dinner... and if she says yes then there is the beginning of your love story.. but his heart argues saying no she can say yes being a friend that does not mean that she loves him.. The heart gives him a different idea... it says the next time you meet her look in to her eyes for 10 sec if she looks down before 7 sec then she loves it... but his mind rejects the idea saying nope that is not the way... the mind tells him to ask nandini a question in which he would know that she does not want to go away from Dev. Dev just stops all these and says stop both of you... you guys are confusing me... Suddenly he hears Nando's voice asking confuse?? Who is confusing you Dev? Dev just does not say anything but tries to see if he was really talking to some one? He just mumbles something... Nando says what you were talking to yourself. Dev says oh nothing I was just singing??? Nando says song?? Now which song starts with the word confustion.. Dev says oh there is one.. a famous rock song in English.. nando says really? Dev says oh let it go I will tell you some other time but anyway what are you doing here at this time? Nando fumbles for the answer and says haltingly oh me... I was not feeling sleepy so thought to come out... Dev says yea I know.. There is always something going on since you came from A'sar.. He then cheekily asks.. Obviously listening to his mind... He looks at her and says but if anyway if you want to go back to A'sar I can make arrangement for you.. Instantly Nando turns to him and says no no it is nothing like that.. (and Dev's face breaks in to brilliant smile... and as if his heart sings la la la la...) Nando says actually I do not want to go back to A'sar now because of Geet didi and jijaji.. She adds that Geet didi and Jijaji did so much for me that I would not be able to go leaving them like this... Dev says oh yes that is true... Now Nandini turns the table on Dev saying... but does it mean that you want me to go away from here... Instantly Dev fumbles and says not at all what are you talking about? Why would I do so.. Nando smiles and says now how would I know what is going on in your mind... Dev mumbles saying yea how would I know what is going on in your mind? Nando smiles at his confusion but Dev looks pretty serious... Nando says oh Dev I was just joking... do not be this serious.. Dev just smiles.. Nando says it is pretty late. I should be going anyway as I need to buy some books from the market... (This late night Nando??? Which store is open this late in Delhi????) Saying she walks away from there...

Dev mumbles to himself saying I have tried what my mind said so now let me try what my heart said... Nando almost walked out of through the door.. Dev keeps looking at her departing back saying.. oh this is a bit dramatic (filmy) but if Nandini loves me then she will at least turn back once... but nandini keeps on walking... Dev feels really frustrated and turns in frustration hitting his head saying nothing is going to happen to you and sits on the stairs feeling sorry for himself... Meanwhile nandini walks few steps back and hiding behind the door looks at him hitting his head and being frustrated... a slow tender smiles comes on her face..

Most probably Geet is in the outhouse pacing softly in the living room and keeps on praying in her heart... saying Babaji keep your hand on your daughter so that I may not lose my courage. That by your grace I may get my Maan back and by your blessings I will bring his memory back. Meanwhile a servant walks with all her cloths and ornaments boxes... He says madamji.. Geet comes near and ask what is all these? He keeps his gaze downward feeling sad saying Maan told him to take all her things out... with teary eyes Geet says oh that is ok.. why are you so upset about this. Give me all these things and you may go.. the servant says ok and saying that he hands over all the things to Geet and walks away.

Geet puts the cloths on the chair and taking the album in her hand she sits on the sofa and opens the album... She looks at the pictures with a teary smile and caresses the pictures... Maan as if suddenly feels something and gets up from his sleep and sits on the bed but his mind is totally blank... She sees many scenes from wedding... when Maan puts on Mangalsutra on her and they taking pheras and Maan lifting her after the gruha pravesh so that she can put her hand prints on the wall. She smiles at those loving memories... meanwhile Maan really feels restless but just cannot fathom anything... With one motion he takes the bed cover off from his body and sits up... but just cannot understand what is happening to him.. meanwhile Geet goes more further in to memory lane where she remembers when Maan makes a special movie for her and their hug in bedroom.. and him kissing on her forehead in the moon light where he told her that she is more beautiful then moon itself on the night of the party Arjun arranged after their marriage... then she recalls the day Maan showered flowers on her on the day she kept her 1^st KC vrat... Maan in his room is wide eyed staring as if at nothing... While Geet remembers their days in the house in village where they put their hand prints on the wall and Maan's words echoing in her ears saying.. My love (my love) ... my life (my life)... my happiness (my happiness) is all due to you... with more memories flooding her heart... their last hug on the porch before the accident... his seating on the dinner table with wounded hand giving her the money for her kitchen supply... she remembers their last hug and Maan walking away from her with umbrella.. and remembers the word never go away from me (never go away from me...).. Geet closes the album and folds it back and brings it closer to her heart and hugs it... Here Maan comes back to bed and sits on the bed... He as if goes somewhere down the memory lane too but he sees nothing... feels nothing... just blank and blank... he gets disturb restless but does not know why and keeps on staring at blank...

Feeling emotional and exhausted with these journey down to memory lane, Geet rest her head on the back of the sofa still hugging the album and closes her eyes... but Maan is still seated on the bed without a drop of sleep in his wide awake eyes...

Part 4:

Next morning at Khurana Mansion..

Maan and dadima both walk in the dining room.. while pulling the chair Maan smiles at dadima and says good morning dadima. Dadima returns the greeting back saying good morning Maan my son.

Both are seated and Geet walks in with a tray of toasted bread and keeps it on the table. Cheerfully she greets dadima saying Good morning Dadima and dadima says good morning Geet my child. Geet then comes to Maan and looks at his stern face which never looks at her at all... She then softly says good morning Maan sir.. but Maan does not reply to her at all.. Geet looks at dadima and makes face as if saying look at his attitude... he he... She then turns his plate but he starts doing it himself.. once again Geet looks at Dadima and Dadima just shakes her head helplessly... Geet then starts serving the toast.. She puts one toast in his plate but without looking at her he picks up another toast and keeps in his plate... Geet looks at dadima making faces but dadima just shakes her head in the same manner... Dadima tells him to work from home but he says that he needs to go to work as he has to attend one important meeting... Meanwhile Geet brings pasta bowl and was about to serve him but to the utter surprise of Geet... even before Geet could scoop the pasta in a serving spoon Maan almost snatches the bowl from her hands and serves himself and then hands over the bowl to Geet who also takes it from his hands with little angrily...

Dadima says today we have made pasta for your breakfast... Maan says thank you Dadima.. Dadima says by the way Geet has made this pasta... Geet looks at Maan expecting him to look at her and thank her but suddenly Maan looks really stern...

Precap:

Geet is in the office... talking on the phone..

Maan walks in saying sternly what is going on here... Geet says on the phone let me put the phone down now and hurriedly keeps the phone back and gets up from her seat... Maan says this is my office and is not the panchayat office of your village where you solved every ones problems. He almost shouts at her saying If you want to search for the handkerchief then go to your home and search it... this is the office of Maan Singh Khurana... Do you understand that???

Transitory episode with too much time spent of Dev and his dilemma.

Though love the talk of Dev and Dadima regarding Geet.. very beautifully performance Anjuji and Sameer.

It was heartbreaking to see Maan pulling Geet's thing out of his bedroom and Geet alone crying over her wedding album in out house.

Also loved the restless Maan but he has no idea why he is feeling this.. as his heart feels the pain and longing of Geet but his mind does not tell him what it is so he is just totally blank to the facts...

Morning and his rudeness on the breakfast table... Geet is coming back to herself but it is hard for her as since last 1 &1/2 years Maan has fulfilled her every desire and wish and not it would be really hard for her to remember that the same Maan does not know who she is..

well I think they are filler episode as to bring something new for ME..
