Anandi from Balika Vadhu on Colors is all set to take a decision that will take her life in a completely new direction.

The past few episodes of the show have seen Anandi contemplating whether she really wants to be a doctor or not. She will finally announce her decision in the upcoming episodes of the show.

An Indya source reveals "Anandi wants to do something for the betterment of society but feels that medicine is not her calling. Anandi will decide to become a politician and promote causes like adult education as Anandi herself was unable to complete her education during childhood and has now resumed studies with the help of her in-laws. She will help those who are in a similar situation."

Pratyusha Banerjee when contacted confirms "Anandi will choose to enter politics and will help the village by trying to eradicate social evils and promote noble causes like adult education and many more."

It remains to be seen how Anandi's family as well as viewers of Balika Vadhu react to Anandi's decision.

Very disappointing somehow. Maybe its coz the majority of politicians in our system do not inspire a feeling of respect. But she will be good at it.

To quite an extent she ends up doing exactly as she wishes and still keeps everyone on her sweet side..that has to require a lot of tact & skill. But I still wish she wud think about LAW or IAS...,,One can always hope !!
