Surely the mad hatter Natashaah can go get a medical check up first before being forced get married to Kartik and destroying his life too.

Its not like The Mad Hatter Nuts is going to hold up the institute of marriage even if she does get married !

she will not only make Sharma family hell but will also ruin Karthik's lyf so pls Madam psycho (Natasha) stay out of him and his family and make a path for Ram and Priya's marriage...any how they are going to get wed on 25th of this month

The child is definitely not Karthik's. Firstly, Karthik does not seem like sleeping with a girl before being married. He even scolded Nutz for hugging him in front of people after their engagement. Secondly, if the child was his, Nutz and her Mom wd not be saying to Ram that Nutz wants to get married. They will tell Ram to force Karthik to marry Nutz as he impregnated her..
